What are photosensitive vegetables and fruits?
Vegetables and fruits containing photosensitive substances include celery, lettuce, rape, spinach, leek, amaranth, Chinese cabbage, white radish, carrot, Chinese milk vetch, grey cabbage, mustard, Malantou, purslane, parsley, fig, sweet potato, fennel, apple, strawberry, papaya, cucumber, sheep hoof root and so on.

Photosensitive foods tend to blacken the skin because they are rich in metal elements such as copper, iron and zinc, which can directly or indirectly increase the quantity and activity of tyrosinase, tyrosinase and dopamine quinone related to melanin production. Types of vegetables

1, solanaceae
