12320 is a government public welfare hotline set up by the Ministry of Health. It was put into use on February 9, 2005, and began to be piloted in 2006. The 20 12 "falling asleep" test was fully started.
20 13 March, 12320 public health public service telephone was officially renamed as 12320 health hotline. The telephone covers all parts of the country and serves everyone in China.
The Health Supervision Center undertakes six administrative licensing tasks directly approved by the Ministry of Health, namely:
1, acceptance and evaluation of new resource food;
2. Acceptance and examination of imported food without national food safety standards;
3, disinfectant, disinfection equipment acceptance, review;
4, involving the acceptance and review of drinking water hygiene and safety products;
5. Acceptance and examination of the qualifications of chemical toxicity identification, radiation protection facilities and radioactive product testing institutions;
6. Acceptance of new varieties of food additives.
