It is spleen deficiency with heat, liver and gallbladder damp heat.

Due to the evil of damp heat, or alcoholism, overeating fat, sweet, spicy, causing damp heat, or abnormal spleen and stomach transport, dampness is endogenous, and heat is accumulated, which hinders the liver and gallbladder.
