Accessories: sausage, bacon, rape, green pepper.
Seasoning: cooked edible oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, clear water and fermented soybean.
Exercise:
1. Wash the rape and blanch it with boiling water, soak the rice with clear water, then cut the bacon and sausage into small pieces, and cut the green pepper and onion ginger into filaments for later use;
2. Put the soaked glutinous rice, bacon, sausage and shredded ginger into a pressure cooker 10 minute and put them into a bowl;
3. Pour some oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, stir-fry the lobster sauce, shredded onion and ginger, and bell pepper, then add oyster sauce, sugar and soy sauce in turn, and pour it on the braised rice.
