Longan jujube soup
Practice: Add 50 grams of longan meat, Korean ginseng 10 grams, red dates 100 grams, and appropriate amount of sugar to make soup.
Efficacy: Korean ginseng is mild in taste, nourishing essence and qi, longan and red dates are warm in nature, invigorating spleen and enriching blood, and contains more sugar and enzymes, which can improve energy and heat in the body and improve cold.
Shenfu hen soup
Practice: use a hen and 20 grams of ginseng (avoid using American ginseng) to make aconite slices 10 grams, and drink soup with meat.

Danggui congrong mutton soup
