How should qigong be practiced?
Qigong is inseparable from three tones: regulating the heart, regulating the breath (regulating qi) and regulating the body.

Regulating the heart:

First of all, we must regulate conscious thinking activities. Its basic requirement is to eliminate selfish distractions and achieve "abstinence" in order to achieve a state of peace.

Pranayama:

It is to adjust and control your breathing, help you adjust your mind and stay calm. The basic requirement is that breathing should be "thin, quiet, even and long", so as to gradually achieve the situation of "silent, continuous in and out, if there is something, it will exist, if there is something, it will die". When exercising, let nature take its course, and don't rush for success, so as not to go astray.

Turn around:

That is to adjust and control your body, maintain a certain posture, and help yourself get quiet. Staying still for a long time can regulate the distribution of blood throughout the body. Qigong's body adjustment generally includes five situations: walking, sitting, lying and doing, that is, five training postures, and any posture should be coordinated with heart adjustment and pranayama.

In short, the basic requirements of acrobatics are "clear head, quiet breath and relaxed body", and flexible adjustment of movement, speed and tightness.
