What kind of story scene is depicted in Tiger Creek and San Xiao Map?
"Tiger Creek Map" depicts Hui Yuan's farewell to Tao Yuanming and Lu at the Tiger Creek Bridge in Lushan Mountain during the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Because three people chatted together on the road, they crossed the Huxi Bridge unconsciously, and the three people took care of each other and talked and laughed. Because Hui Yuan saw off guests, he never crossed the Huxi Bridge. This time, he unconsciously solved the case and smiled at the other party. Although the story goes against the historical facts, there are many painters because of the interesting theme and the need of the confluence of the three religions after the Tang Dynasty.

Lushan Mountain is a place of Buddhist and Taoist health preservation in past dynasties, and there are many legends. Lushan Mountain, located in the northwest of Nanchang, was called Nanzhang Mountain in ancient times. When it spread to Zhou Wuwang, seven brothers built houses, and they named them here. Its mountains are stacked on nine floors, and it worships Wan Ren, which is more than 500 miles a week. It is actually a big town in the south. Taoist books call it the eighth cave (* * * 72 caves), which ranks with Zixiao Peak, Xianglu Peak, Shuangjian Peak and Shangxiao Peak. Li Bai's "Lushan Ballad" wrote:

Lushan Mountain stands next to the South Big Dipper.

In the clouds that extend to silk like nine screens,

Falling shadows, bright lakes, green light,

The Golden Gate leads to two mountains.

A silver stream hangs down to three stone bridges.

Within sight of the huge tripod waterfall,

Back to the cliff, the mountain is green.

Cui Ying Xia Hong covered the morning sun,

No birds can fly to Wu there.

Because of the story of San Xiao in Huxi, later generations built the San Xiao Pavilion in front of Tolin Temple. Huxi Bridge existed before Jin Dynasty and before Tolin Temple in Ming Dynasty. Li Bai has a poem praising Huxi Bridge, saying: In Lindong's farewell place, white apes crow at the moon. Laugh goodbye to Lushan Mountain, why cross Tiger Creek?

Accordingly, this story is made up by later generations, because these three people lived in different times. Hui Yuan (334 ~ 4 16), Lu (407 ~ 477) and Hui Yuan were only ten years old when they died. It has been 60 years since Hui Yuan died, but Xiujing came to Lushan Mountain around 452 in the last year of Yuanjia in Liu Song, and Hui Yuan has been dead for more than 30 years. Tao Yuanming (372 ~ 427) was nearly fifty years older than Yuan Gong, and his seclusion was not in Lushan Mountain. When Xiujing came to Lushan Mountain, Yuanming had been dead for more than twenty years. So it is impossible for three people to exchange visits. Su Dongpo is very clever. When he wrote "Postscript of San Xiao Tuzan", he did not say who these three people were, leaving it to future generations to guess. Huang Tingjian refers to Hui Yuan, Lu and Tao Yuanming. Later painters also spread myths, pretending to be arrogant and painting San Xiao in the west of the lake.

Today, there is a picture of "Three High Tours", which should be a story in the west of the lake. In the picture, at the corner of the cliff, pine trees hang upside down and pine trees are wrapped around wisteria trees. Four people marched under the cliff, a monk, a Confucian and a Taoist, followed by a boy. The lines are drawn with orchid leaves, which are very powerful and frustrating. The expression is either laughing, or passing the tiger flow, and the laughter stops; Or haven't arrived in the west of the lake yet, keep talking. Emperor Chenghua of the Ming Dynasty painted a picture of harmony, in which Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are in a circle, smiling and full of comedy atmosphere.
