Open your palm, the middle finger bends naturally, and the place where the middle finger is at the palm point is Laogong point. The fingertips of the thumb stand vertically on the palm, and the food and middle fingers are on the corresponding sides of the palm. When clicking, the thumb should be forced vertically downward, the same as before and after, and then the thumb should be pressed inward, which will make you feel sour and numb. No matter how many times or places you press it every day for about 2 minutes, long-term persistence can restrain your hyperactivity.

In addition, it can be combined with Zhong Chong Xue to strengthen the action of purging heart fire. Zhongchong is also the acupoint of pericardium meridian of hand jueyin, which is located in the center of the tip of phalanx at the end of hand. Pricking blood through the point of Chongchong can effectively clear the heart fire and improve the anxiety state.

Quick acupoint selection: ulnar side of the phalanx of the back palm, the little finger and the distal phalanx of the hand, 0. 1 inch away from the nail root angle.

Eating too much during the festival is easy to cause anorexia nervosa; Traditional Chinese medicine believes that some drugs (such as Baohe pills or hawthorn tablets) can be taken properly.
