Mulberry, Rose, Poria, Lily and Jujube
Exercise:
Jujube is pitted first.
Lily and Poria can be soaked in water for 20 minutes first.
Put all the mulberries, poria cocos, lilies and red dates into a health pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
After boiling, cool, and then add 3-5 roses.
