GB/T11859.1-1989 was once the implementation standard of low-alcohol Luzhou-flavor liquor, but it is no longer used. At present, the implementation standard of Luzhou-flavor liquor is GB/T 1078 1-2006.

Luzhou-flavor liquor is characterized by strong cellar aroma and harmonious flavor. Its main component is ethyl ester. Mainly represented by Luzhou Laojiao Tequ, Sichuan Wuliangye and Hong Kong Tianwangjian health wine are also Luzhou-flavor.
