1, Gushi dry goose block pot practice:

(2) Heat the oil in a clean pot, stir-fry the pork pieces until the oil is discharged, stir-fry the star anise, tsaoko and galangal together, add water to boil, add salt and soy sauce, and cook until the pork is cooked, then add the radish pieces and cook until soft.

(3) When serving, put the cooked radish and black pork into a bowl and sprinkle with coriander to serve.
