Five guarantees standard:

Due to the geographical location, the income and policies of rural residents in this area are slightly different, and the monthly subsidies for five-guarantee households are also different.

Rural five guarantees funds shall not be less than 60% of the per capita net income of rural residents in the previous year.

Article 10 of the Regulations on Rural Five Guarantees (Order No.456 of the State Council) stipulates that the standard of rural five guarantees shall not be lower than the average living standard of local villagers, and shall be adjusted in time according to the improvement of the average living standard of local villagers.
