Everything in the world is produced by the combination of karma, and there is no entity. Because of the inner distractions and memories, it will definitely affect the operation of human body functions, and then diseases may occur. When we are calm and can't stand thinking, our whole body will feel particularly comfortable, and all diseases can be cured without medication. Therefore, Vimalakīrti's classic said: "The root of all diseases is our inner climbing.
Outside, there is interference. If there were no persistence and distractions in our hearts, we wouldn't get sick. "(see" five regulations "note volumes 37 and 32)

It means that people who practice to the extreme, like the fetus in the mother's womb, have no breath to go in and out. Fetal breath is the highest realm of breathing and spiritual interest, which is favored by many Taoists.
What exactly is "triple energizer"? Triple energizer is the way to eliminate the human body or digestion, and "energizer" refers to the fu-organs. Triple coke includes upper coke, middle coke and lower coke. The upper jiao is below the mouth and above the stomach, and its main function is to facilitate the transportation of food. Medium coke is in the stomach and its main function is to make food easy to digest. The lower jiao is above the bladder, and its main function is excretion.
It is not easy to memorize these six words and the viscera they treat. It would be much easier if we could recite the following poem:
Heart belongs to kidney.
As we all know, the spleen breathes the lungs, and the saints are silent.
The liver is hot and hisses.
Sanjiao junction, you say something funny.
These six words have infinite mystery, which can not only cure the diseases of the five internal organs, but also cure the physical dysfunction. For example, when the body feels cold, just blow it. When the body feels hot, treat it with shouting. Arthralgia and pathogenic wind are treated with "Xi". If you are bored or angry, treat it with "ha". If there is phlegm and yin, treat it with "shh". Tired and bored, use "shh" to treat. In a word, blowing can dispel cold, whistling can dispel heat, laughing can dispel pain, ha can dispel annoyance, hiss can eliminate phlegm and hiss can supplement fatigue.
Hush is used to treat liver disease in spring, ha is used to treat heart disease in summer, moo is used to treat lung disease in autumn and kidney disease in winter. In this way, the effect will be particularly good. Hu is used to treat asplenia, and Xi is used to treat triple energizer diseases.
Also, six qi can cure the same dirty disease. Any one of the five internal organs should blow when it is cold, shout when it is hot, laugh when it hurts, hiss when it is phlegm, and hiss when it is exhausted.

3, gas phase-breathing is smooth and silent, but the breath of breathing in and out is not subtle.

The first three breathing phenomena are not harmonious. Because people with rough and rapid breathing are prone to illness, and their emotions are unstable, it is difficult for their minds to be quiet. If you want to cure this breathing phenomenon, you need to learn to meditate. Relax your body first, then concentrate on your abdomen, then relax your body, and then concentrate on your abdomen. Imagine, the breath is all over the body, and 84 thousand capillaries come in and out without hindrance.
When we settle down, our breathing will naturally be thin and long. People who breathe for a long time will not get sick, and they are in a happy mood, with stable knowledge and easy concentration. Therefore, the wise master said in the second volume of "More Interpretation of Zen Paramita": "Those who breathe like the wind will have their hearts scattered, and those who breathe like a breath will have their hearts stagnated. People who breathe like airflow are prone to physical and mental fatigue. Only by holding the subtle breath can you be calm and enter the realm of meditation. "
When your breath is thin and long, and your mood is calm, it is much easier to cure diseases by breathing. Next, let's talk about "twelve-breath therapy". Twelve-breath therapy is to use twenty states of visualizing breathing to achieve the effect of treating diseases.

This way of thinking is of great benefit to body and mind.

The ancients' "looking at plums to quench thirst" and "hanging sand to satisfy hunger" are the best examples of using concepts to think about results. It is also recorded in Xiaozhiguan that when a person catches a cold, he fantasizes that he has hot air, and he really cures the cold. There are countless examples in the Tripitaka that are good at using visualization to treat diseases. For example, in the righteousness of chanting, the Buddha taught his disciples to visualize the reality of the six Tao. In the tantric Buddhist scriptures, the Buddha taught his younger brother how to visualize six realities. In the secret method of Zen Buddhism, the Buddha taught his disciples how to use visualization to eliminate psychological problems such as greed, hatred and delusion. There are uncertain ways to treat all kinds of anxiety, such as greed, breaking the precepts, indulging in music, losing heart and ghost writing. In Zaagama, which was read by the wise master at that time, the Buddha said 72 ways to treat diseases (note: 71 ways to treat Alian's disordered heart disease in the Secret Method of Treating Zen Diseases were extracted and translated from the ancient version of Zaagama. However, many of these methods are difficult for all living beings in the end of the law to learn. Now we only introduce a few simple examples:

Once upon a time, there was a man who was very weak. Later, he imagined that there was a warm cockroach on his head, which dripped into his brain, then poured into his five internal organs, flowed all over his body and moistened his limbs. Really cured the disease of fatigue injury.
(3) Visualization treatment of cervical cancer.
Once upon a time, there was a mage who had a malignant tumor on his neck. The master observes this cancer like a bee's nest every day. It turns out that many bees fly out of the hive quickly, and purulent blood flows out of capillaries, just like the empty nest left by bees. After skilled visualization, the tumor in the neck will be cured.
(4) Two methods to treat snake shadow swallowing.
Once upon a time, when a person was eating, he swallowed a food that looked like a small snake (in fact, there was a projection of a snake), so he thought he really swallowed a small snake. Because he often thinks like this every day, he is ill.
Later, a wise man found out, so he put a dead snake in the bedpan while the patient had diarrhea, and then said to the patient, "The snake is out!" " "Strangely enough, the man's illness actually recovered from then on.
There is a very similar story in the history of China, that is, "a cup bow and a snake shadow". The allusion of "bow and snake shadow" is recorded in the Book of Jin and "Dongguang Communication Room". Although the stories are similar, the handling methods are different: Leguang has a very good friend who has rarely returned to his hometown in Guangdong since the last breakup. Le Guang wrote to ask this friend. Last time Le Guang invited him to drink, he saw a snake in the glass. At that time, he was too disgusting to drink because of his feelings. So I crustily skin of head and drank it, but I didn't expect to be seriously ill from now on, and I haven't recovered until now.
Yue Guang saw a bow hanging on the wall, which looked like a snake at first. He concluded that the snake in the cup was probably the shadow of the bow. So he put a banquet in the original place and sent a car to invite that friend to dinner. My friend saw the snake in the cup. He said, "This is exactly the same as what I saw last time." Le Guang told him the reason. The sick friend suddenly realized that he would get well soon.
In fact, from the perspective of Buddhism, everything in the world is an illusion of harmonious karma, but people's hearts are obsessed with this illusion, which has caused a lot of distress and pain. Isn't this very similar to the situation of "a cup bow and a snake shadow"? That's why the Buddha told us with great compassion: "Everything is like a dream bubble." (the fifth point of the Diamond Sutra) "Everything is false." Only when there is no prejudice and persistence in your heart can you get rid of your distress and gain great freedom.
(5) The miracle of distraction.
Once upon a time, there was a man who had a fatal sore and an insignificant furuncle on his arm. He invited a clever doctor to treat him. The doctor said to him, "your big sore is not serious, but the boil on your arm is very serious and life-threatening." You should pay attention! " "The patient listened to the doctor and turned his attention to the small sores on his hands, ignoring the big malignant sores. Over time, all his sores have healed. This is also a good example of visual treatment of diseases.
(6) Laughter can be cured without taking medicine.
Once upon a time, there was a man who studied hard every day to gain fame: later, he was admitted to the top scholar. Unexpectedly, from the day he won the first prize in the exam, he kept laughing because he was too proud, and as a result, he got a serious "laughing disease."
Many doctors in Beijing prescribe treatment, but it has no effect. Later, a brilliant doctor felt his pulse and said seriously, "You are terminally ill! I can't cure this disease. As far as I know, only an old gentleman can cure you of this unique syndrome. Luckily, I know him. Not a little slower! " Then, the doctor described the cause and future severity in detail.
The champion heard that he was terminally ill, and only an old gentleman in the world could cure him. He turned blue with fear and couldn't laugh any more. He quickly put aside his fate and made a special trip. When I got there, I didn't expect the old man to say, "You are all well, you can go back!" " ! Because you are sick with laughter and Maifanshi is hard to cure, the doctor has to scare you with a fatal disease to cure you. Please don't take it personally. "
Ten conditions for treating diseases from the heart.
Using the power of the mind to treat diseases requires observing the following ten conditions:

3. Diligence-devote time and persevere until you recover.
