60g of dried jujube, 30g of longan, 30g of medlar, 30g of brown sugar and 800g of water.
Exercise:
1. red dates, medlar and longan are placed on the plate;
2. Soak in cold water after cleaning 1 hour;
3. Drain the soaked materials, pour them into the soup pot, and add 800g of water and brown sugar;
4. Stir well, cover it, turn to low heat after the fire is boiled, and stew for about 30 minutes.
