Therefore, this is a good time to make up the body. Eat foods that are beneficial to liver and kidney, and foods that contain more B vitamins, such as wheat germ powder, standard flour, buckwheat flour, naked oats flour, millet, barley, soybeans and other beans, black sesame seeds, etc. In order to adapt to the changes of yin and yang, it can not only improve physical fitness, resist the spring epidemic, but also lay the foundation for a safe summer. Three dietary remedies recommended.
