3. Exercise is mainly moderate exercise, and you can take slow walking, brisk walking and other sports methods. Those who can bear it can go jogging, playing ball games and cycling. Especially for the elderly with heart disease, strenuous physical activity is not recommended.
4. Middle-aged and elderly people should control their emotions, avoid excessive emotional fluctuations and maintain a good attitude.
5. It is suggested that middle-aged and elderly people have regular physical examinations to ensure adequate sleep and quit smoking and drinking.
