Houxi point
Houxi point is at the bulge below the fist, and the thumb and abdomen are rubbed vertically, so that the point has obvious feeling of acid swelling. This can be cleaned by yourself, and no one needs help.
Jianjing point
Massage Jianjing point needs the help of others, and you need to find it yourself. If it is the left shoulder, put it in the middle of the shoulder with your right hand, and the shoulder well point is under the index finger of your right hand. Massage method: press the fingertips (knuckles) down for at least 3 times. It's not easy to crush yourself.
Waiguan point
The massage method is: the thumb and fingertips massage in circles from top to bottom. After 3 minutes of massage, it is best to apply it with a hot towel.
The location of Waiguan point is easy to find, so you can press it yourself. This acupoint is located at the width of wrist, hand and neck, with three points pointing upwards. Massage Waiguan point for 3 minutes every day, which can activate collaterals and relieve pain, dispel wind and relieve exterior syndrome, and prevent and treat cervical spondylosis and arthritis.
Tian xuandian
Massage method is: sit up, press and knead with the threaded surface of thumb for 3 minutes, which can be performed on both sides at the same time, with moderate intensity, especially when there is obvious pain or pain locally. You can also click yǒu yourself, which is relatively easy to find. It is located on one side of the human neck, behind and below the mastoid process.
Tianzong point
Massage Tianzong point also needs the help of others. This point is in the scapular region. Massage this acupoint for 3 minutes to relax the neck and back, and feel less stiff and painful.
Fengfu point
Massage Fengfu point can relieve the headache symptoms caused by cervical spondylosis and improve blood circulation and blood supply to the brain. After the massage, you will feel particularly clear-headed and no longer dizzy. Fengfu point can be found by yourself, and this position is in the middle of the connecting line between the two Fengchi points. Middle of hairline, upward 1 inch, massage method: massage with index finger, press with fingers or thumb of both hands, and moderately press twice a day for 3-5 minutes each time.
Dazhui point
The massage method is: press Dazhui point with your right thumb and abdomen. 1 ~ 3 minutes, with local skin rosy as the degree. It has a good effect on treating shoulder and neck discomfort and neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis. Dazhui point itself is difficult to reach, in the depression under the joint between neck and vertebral body. This posture should be soft for normal people, but usually stiff for patients with cervical vertebrae. Moreover, patients with cervical vertebra will feel pain when they just start massaging this position. But generally, after continuous massage, the pain will gradually decrease.
Plantar neck reflex zone
There is a cervical reflex zone on the inside of the big toe. Press from top to bottom with your thumb until you touch the bar. Pressing twice a day for five minutes can also relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis.
Some acupoint patients can touch it themselves and press it themselves. If you can't touch it, your family will help them press it. At that time, I used the above shiatsu method to help my family. However, it should be reminded that these massages can only temporarily relieve pain and cannot treat cervical spondylosis.
