First of all, the current situation of college students' professional ethics determines the urgency of college students' professional ethics education. Professional ethics education in colleges and universities is a targeted response based on the current moral quality of college students. The grim situation of college students' professional ethics has sounded the alarm for university education. As far as the quality of college students is concerned, there are many phenomena such as selfishness, paranoia, one-way love and understanding, lack of healthy personality orientation, lack of sympathy and sense of responsibility. "In addition, there is a common phenomenon in colleges and universities that knowledge is valued over quality and scores over ability, and students' personality education is ignored, resulting in a strange phenomenon of high scores and low quality. "Especially with the one-child army gradually becoming a part of colleges and universities, the atmosphere of selfishness and extravagance among college students has spread. At the same time, with the development of market economy, college students have a strong utilitarian view of job choice even before entering the workplace. Some female college students are not in a hurry to find a job or not at all after graduation, but are busy seeking marriage to solve future problems. In terms of professional accomplishment, contemporary college students' dedication consciousness is obviously weakened, and they attach great importance to the proportional relationship between dedication and demand, and put it in the same position, with obvious utilitarian tendency. They have the desire to achieve their careers, but they lack the down-to-earth work spirit. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out professional ethics education in colleges and universities. If we don't pay attention to it, it will directly affect whether we can improve the quality of the people and promote the development of the national economy. Second, college students' professional ethics education is an inevitable requirement of quality education in the development stage of college students. The purpose of university education lies in the growth and development of college students, so that they can master more knowledge and skills, understand themselves and their relationship with the outside world, and form correct self-awareness, outlook on life and values. Therefore, the university period is a period when people's self-awareness develops and their self-unity is established. Cultivating people with professional ethics is one of the goals of quality education. Professional ethics education in colleges and universities is not only an important part of quality education, but also an important means to realize quality education. Because professional ethics education involves a wide range of contents, teaching students basic professional ethics knowledge, teaching students how to deal with the relationship between people and work in the workplace, how to abide by the norms in the workplace, and how to create value and self-growth in the workplace are all indispensable components of personal quality. Students' understanding and memory of professional ethics in professional ethics education activities has expanded the learning space and content, and further improved their cognitive ability; It is necessary for students to practice professional ethics in their future work and let them know how to act correctly in their work. Professional ethics education requires professional innovation, which helps to cultivate students' innovative ability. Liu Jianjun, deputy general manager of the human resources department of China Putian Information Industry Group Corporation, said that talents pay more attention to practical ability, but pay more attention to professional ethics. In practical work, college students lack professionalism and dedication, and are critical of the working environment and treatment, which makes employers very helpless. Therefore, most employers regard professional ethics as an important criterion to measure talents when recruiting, hoping to provide effective professional ethics education for students at the university level and lay a solid moral foundation for them to enter the workplace. How to select talents with good moral quality has become the biggest problem for many large companies when recruiting talents. From students to professionals, human resource managers have the same view on what graduates lack. Mao Ping, human resource recruitment manager of Otis Elevator (China) Investment Co., Ltd. said that the company recruits hundreds of college students every year, accounting for 40%~50% of the annual recruitment, but even students who enter the company need to constantly strengthen some basic professional norms. For example, the work of each department has its own characteristics. For example, some secrets of financial department and personnel department can't be revealed, but fresh graduates often don't realize this, and putting documents that should not be made public will have a bad influence on the company and themselves. At the same time, college students now face the problem of foreign competition, and these opponents are foreign graduates with significantly higher professional quality in China. If the school does not strengthen professional ethics education, it will be difficult for the trained talents to meet the demand of the talent market. As for the problem that enterprises pay more attention to students' professional ethics such as attitude and sense of responsibility, some experts have analyzed that because the professional knowledge and experience learned by college students in school are far from the actual needs of enterprises, enterprises pay attention not to the scores on their transcripts, but to the speed of their learning and integration, which is largely related to their attitude and quality. Without professional ethics education and training, college students will naturally widen the gap between talent suppliers and market demanders, which will directly affect their employment prospects. Carrying out college students' professional ethics education can meet the requirements of the talent market for college students and the challenges posed by the talent market for education.

(1) Seriously study theory and constantly improve self-cultivation awareness.

Usually, many activities of college students at school, including the second classroom activities, contain the content of ideological and moral education, which is also an important way of ideological and moral cultivation. For example, take the posts of Party, Youth League, Student Union, Department and Class cadres, work and practice, and participate in various beneficial activities organized by collective organizations, such as visits, social surveys, educational practices, special reports, seminars, listening to tapes, watching videos, movies, conducting book reviews, film reviews, entertainment and sports competitions, etc. Every student's participation in these activities not only fully demonstrates his talent, but also demonstrates his ideological and moral character. He can get everyone's comments on his own ideology and morality from his classmates' comments, learn from others' excellent qualities, and thus promote his own ideological and moral cultivation. Marx once said: "People come to the world without a mirror, unlike Fichte's philosopher who said that I am me, so people first reflect themselves through others." (Note on page 67 of Volume 23 of the Complete Works of Marx and Engels) shows that people should find themselves, know themselves and evaluate themselves from the process of knowing others, just like looking in the mirror. In particular, a healthy collective has a greater impact on cultivating a person's good ideology and morality. Ideological and moral cultivation must integrate theory with practice. "Cautious independence" comes from the golden mean, and the original words are: "Don't be obscure, don't be obscure. Therefore, the gentleman is cautious and independent. " It means that a gentleman is always cautious when others can't see and wary when others can't hear him. The most hidden things can best show people's quality, and the smallest things can best show people's soul. Therefore, when a gentleman is alone and unsupervised, he is always very cautious and does not do immoral things. The spirit of "cautious independence" is valuable from the aspects of preventing minors from delaying and cultivating the spirit of conscious self-transformation, and it is the embodiment of a higher realm of ideological and moral cultivation.
