Step 1: comb your hair with a horn comb or a wooden comb.
The order of combing the hair is to comb the bladder meridian and gallbladder meridian on the left and right sides of the head first, then start from the hairline before the forehead midline, along the hairline after the scalp to the neck, and comb from front to back (that is, comb the Du meridian); First light and then heavy, comb for 9 minutes at a time.
Step 2: Click Rotate Baihui, Sishencong, Anming.
Press and rotate the above-mentioned acupoints with thumb or middle finger for about 30 seconds, so that the local area feels sore and numb.
Step 3: Hit your head with your fingertips like a hammer.
Tap the whole head with both hands at the same time, from back to front, from left to right, and tap hard repeatedly in turn, without omission. When knocking, the wrist exerts force, which is even, neither heavy nor heavy, with strong sense of oscillation and no pain, about 1 minute.
Step 4: Press Neiguan and Shenmen points.
Press Neiguan point and Shenmen point with thumb and abdomen moderately and forcefully, alternating left and right hands, 36 times per point.
Yin dominates quietness, while Yang takes the initiative. If yang flourishes and yin declines, the body will suffer from insomnia. Insomnia in this situation can be corrected by exercising Yinqiao pulse, Yangqiao pulse and their related acupoints.

Specific method
Step 1: Practice Yinqiao pulse.
Stand up straight and bend down slowly. First, press the Zhao Hai point under the ankle with the middle finger of both hands for 9 times (if it is inconvenient to bend over, you can sit and press first). Then, pat the inside of the leg with both hands, straighten it slowly, and shoot continuously along the route of Yinqiao pulse. Finally, under the guidance of both hands, press Jingming point in the inner corner of the eye for 30 seconds.
In the process of flapping, the mind is concentrated in the slapped place and can move along the direction of Yinqiao pulse with the flapping action. Repeat this three times.
Step 2: Exercise the Yangqiao pulse.
Stand up straight, bend over slowly, press Shenmai point under the lateral malleolus for 9 times with the middle finger of both hands (if it is inconvenient to bend over, you can press it first), then pat the outside of your feet with both hands, straighten them slowly, and pat them continuously along the route from the Yangtze River vein to your back, then pat your shoulders, neck and face from back to front with both hands, then press Jingming point in the inner corner of your eye for 30 seconds with your hands, and then pat your forehead, top of your head and face.
In the process of flapping, the mind is concentrated in the slapped place and can move along the direction of Yangqiao pulse with the flapping action. Repeat this three times.
Note: the beating strength should be moderate, not too strong, especially in fragile parts such as face and neck.
