Today's 100-day run, I recorded with my heart and experienced the crystallization of words after every drop of sweat with my heart, hoping to inspire everyone.
? Why did you start running?
I started running intermittently from 20 17, trying to overcome my disease IGA nephritis, but I didn't persist. Until the end of September, 20 18, relatives found themselves bloated, weighing 1 10 kg, with dark yellow face, extremely poor mood and aggravated nephritis index, obviously feeling discouraged and hopeless. On the day I returned to Hangzhou, I began to change and plan how to run and when to run again.
The goal set this time is very clear: strengthen physical fitness, turn nephritis indicators into normal, and insist on running in the morning! In order to enhance my confidence and perseverance, I have customized a short-term goal for myself: take quarterly and semi-annual cycles, insist on sending friends to promote myself, let more friends see their running status and positive energy, and remind themselves that it is not easy at first, run well and cherish it.
? Where and when do you usually run?
I usually get up at 4:20 in the morning, do several groups of push-ups, warm-up with flat and inclined boards, and practice the core (although I run less miles, haha). Start running around 5 o'clock, finish at 6: 30, stretch and then stand upside down. At present, I am running on Xinghe South Road in the north of Linping Mountain. This road is small in traffic, spacious, tree-lined and beautiful in scenery. It will also judge which runner runs far according to the running posture and say, Come on!

It's only 1 1 month since I really insisted on running, and I've tasted it in all seasons. The hardest thing is winter. It is snowing heavily and freezing. I am very self-disciplined. I only run at turtle speed on the road and only hear the rustling of snow under my feet. Half marathon is the longest distance you can run, because nephritis can't run for too long and it costs too much. Everyone seems to know how to run, but I didn't know how to run at first. I explored my feelings and posture, pace frequency, stride length, breathing and so on. The most interesting thing to say is that when running, people often shout to me: 1 2 1, 1 2 1, and 1234, and strangers cheer me up and call me baby, wife (speechless), and stop the private car for me in the morning. My running plan is simple: because I have to go to work, I have to take care of my baby, every Monday to Friday: 6-8KM, Saturday and Sunday: 10- 15KM, once a month and a half, and I insist on running about 230KM every month, with an increase or decrease of 5%. Even if I am on a business trip, I will take the state, adjust the time and prepare for the next morning run.

Although I seldom participated in the organization activities of Linping Running Bar, I organized public welfare activities with my running friends nearby either because of the long distance or the wrong timing. My personal principle is to run for a long time, run healthily and run for a lifetime. Don't fight for speed (there will always be someone running faster than you in the runner's world), do what you can, step by step! Stick to the end is your own winner. Running should also pay attention to skills, not only running, but also interspersed with other sports, such as swimming, basketball, yoga and so on. Running is a whole-body exercise, which requires regular practice of abdominal core, lateral and medial thigh muscles, shoulders and arms. Therefore, to assist strength training at ordinary times, the simplest ones are flat support, inclined support and push-ups. I punch in to work every day. At present, the longest time for inclined plate is 8 minutes, and the longest time for flat plate is 60 minutes.
I also often practice yoga, flexibility and running. It is not easy!
