Generally divided into blood circulation toxins and neurotoxins. Toxins in blood circulation: the wound bleeding is not easy to stop, the bite swells rapidly, expands to the proximal end, and the wound turns purple and necrotic. Systemic skin and mucous membrane bleeding, even hematuria and bloody stool. Once hemolysis occurs, anemia, jaundice and hemoglobinuria will occur, and eventually heart failure will lead to death. Neurotoxin: local symptoms are mild, mainly manifested as neurological dysfunction. Mental depression, weakness of limbs, dysphagia, salivation, dilated pupils, decreased vision, quadriplegia, dyspnea, convulsions, coma, and finally death due to respiratory paralysis.

Cut off the hair around the wound, apply iodine, puncture the skin with a needle, or make a cross incision to facilitate the discharge of venom, then wipe it with 3% ammonia water, and inject 5 ~ 100 ml of 0.25% procaine solution around the wound.
② Detoxification: oral administration and external application of Ji Desheng snake slices and Shanghai snake slices. , and refer to the instructions for use.
(3) Traditional Chinese medicine: One-legged root, ground with vinegar and wine, once in the morning and once in the evening, applied around the affected area, and cured in 1 ~ 2 days.
④ Symptomatic treatment. Maintain heart function and stimulate respiratory center. Glucose and sodium chloride solution or urotropine can be injected intravenously.
