For example, Qiu Chuji, a famous health expert in the Yuan Dynasty, said in On Learning from the Scriptures: "In spring, the taste should be sweet and sour to nourish the temper ..." Spring corresponds to the liver, and improper health care will hurt the liver. Modern epidemiological investigation also confirmed this view of Chinese medicine, especially in the period of fright, which belongs to the high incidence season of liver disease and the active season of various viruses and bacteria.

First, eat more light food and fresh vegetables rich in plant protein and vitamins.

The weather is obviously warmer, and the diet should be mild. It is necessary to conform to the nature of the liver, help the temper, and make the five internal organs calm. It is advisable to eat more light foods and fresh vegetables rich in protein and vitamins, such as bamboo shoots, spinach, celery, chicken, eggs, milk, duck blood, aloe, radish, bitter gourd, fungus, rape, yam, lotus seeds, tremella and other foods.

Huangdi Neijing said: "Spring March is called Chen. Heaven and earth are born and everything is glorious. Lie down and leave early at night, stride in court, put on your hair and walk slowly to make a living. " This means that when everything comes back to life in spring, you should go to bed late and get up early, and take a slow walk outdoors, which is good for your health.

So don't be too strenuous in this season. After all, people have just recovered from the cold in winter, which needs to be done step by step. Going out for an outing, having an outing and flying kites are all good choices.

Fourth, get enough sleep.

After the fright, the temperature rises gradually, the climate warms, and people will become more and more sleepy, which is also commonly known as "spring sleep". Therefore, only by ensuring a good sleep can we have a healthy and energetic work life.
