Walnut kernel contains fat powder, protein, carbohydrate, phosphorus, iron,-carotene, riboflavin and so on. It not only moistens the intestine to relieve constipation and detoxify, but also has the functions of protecting kidney, solidifying essence, warming lung and relieving asthma.
7 Bushen Jiedu recipe 1, green bamboo shoots fried with auricularia ingredients: 500g of green bamboo shoots, 0/50g of auricularia, 20g of red pepper, 0/5g of ginger/kloc-0, proper amount of oil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of cornflour 1 teaspoon.
Practice: Slice the green bamboo shoots, soak the fungus and wash it, and slice the red pepper and ginger. Heat the pan, put the oil in, and saute the ginger slices. Stir-fry the green bamboo shoots until they break. Add red pepper and fungus and stir fry together. Stir-fry until it is 80% cooked, and add some salt and sugar. Pour a bowl of juice out of the pot. Stir-fry over high fire and serve.

3. Stir-fried celery with dried bean sprouts and black bean sprouts Ingredients: celery 200g, black bean sprouts 100g, marinated tofu 100g, pepper 1, ginger 5g, salt 3/4 teaspoons, mushroom essence14 teaspoons, water starch and vegetable oil.
Practice: Wash black bean sprouts. Wash celery and cut into sections. Shred ginger, dried Chili and bean skin. Boil the water in the pot and add the black bean sprouts. Blanch for 3 minutes, then take it out and put it aside. Stir-fry shredded ginger and dried peppers in another oil pan. Add celery and stir-fry slightly. Add the marinated tofu. Then add blanched black bean sprouts and add salt. Stir-fry for about 1 min, thicken the water starch, add a little cooked vegetable oil and stir well.
