Traditional Chinese medicine health preserving facial lacing
Written in front: I am very grateful to my friends in Class 007-40 for giving me the opportunity to sort out my knowledge about tendon traction and let more people know. In this paper, the content shared by 007 group is compiled into a manuscript and recorded here.

The sharing of facial tendon dialing is mainly divided into five parts: What is tendon dialing? Why stir the tendons? What are the commonly used tools, the basic processes and methods when stretching tendons, facial meridians and acupoints, and matters needing attention before and after stretching tendons?

1. What is tendon?

Let me share a short story with you first. According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, there was a woman with a gloomy face, acne and pustules all over her face. She looked for a famous doctor, but she was never cured, which was very painful. Finally, one day, she found the famous doctor Hua Tuo at that time. Hua tuo used the method of "treating exogenous diseases from the inside" in traditional Chinese medicine for treatment, but it never worked, and he was puzzled.

Once Hua Tuo went out for medical treatment, passing by farmland, and saw the farmer cleaning a ditch full of weeds. Where the hoe has been, all the sundries have gone, and the water that has been flowing for a long time has flowed smoothly. Hua tuo was inspired by this scene: isn't the meridian of the human body this ditch? There are sundries in the meridians, which hinder the movement of qi and blood, leading to stagnation of qi and blood in the meridians. Over time, the interview was dull and covered with pimples and pustules.

So, Hua Tuo was in full bloom. When he went back, he used the animal joints with the thickness of his fingers to dredge the tendons and veins, and scattered the tendons in the patient's head in the direction of the meridians to cooperate with the "oil" that played a lubricating role.

Soon, the woman's acne and pustules subsided and her face began to be white and ruddy.

Later, lacing technology began to be popularized and applied. ...

Why can lacing make the skin better? How does it work? From the perspective of Chinese medicine, lacing is based on the holographic meridian theory of Chinese medicine. By dredging facial meridians and stimulating acupoints distributed in facial meridians, you can dredge meridians and promote the circulation of qi and blood, thus helping to eliminate pathogenic factors, help qi and blood run more effectively in meridians, accelerate the discharge of metabolites, and then restore the true color of skin.

From the perspective of western medicine, from the perspective of dermatology and muscle histology of western medicine, lacing can activate superficial skin and soften deep bones and muscles. Through lacing, twisted and adhered muscle tissue and connective tissue can be dredged, so as to achieve the purpose of smooth qi and blood and effectively improve internal circulation and metabolism.

On the definition of lacing. The so-called facial lacing tool is to help eliminate qi and blood stasis accumulated for many years through deep and effective massage, so as to restore the normal mechanism of transporting nutrients and effectively repair and activate the skin.

After knowing what lacing is, what benefits does lacing have on our skin? Here, I mainly refined five aspects for you:

(1) Through the correct manipulation of tendons, within 10 minutes, it is obvious from the appearance that the skin becomes ruddy, dull and disappears, the eye bags become shallow, the decree lines become shallow, and the face appears instantly.

(2) lacing can also produce added value. Relaxing around the eyeball can also have the effect of treating pseudomyopia while stretching muscles on the face.

(3) Nine meridians of the human body are distributed in the face, which can be used to treat headache and insomnia caused by stagnation of gallbladder and triple energizer meridians.

(4) Stretching tendons and promoting blood circulation, promoting metabolism, and rosy complexion.

(5) After stretching the tendons, you will feel the tendons and muscles become soft, and the whole person will even relax.

What do we know about tendons? And the benefits that lacing can bring to us, what do we need when we operate ourselves?

Third, the common tools, processes and methods of facial tendon traction.

Make-up remover and facial cleaning products should be prepared for facial tendon adjustment; Bracing rod; Massage milk or moisturizing cream. The lacing bar here is made of different materials, such as ox horn, beeswax, stone and so on. From personal experience, I suggest that the operation is relatively safe because the horn is hard, and the horn also has the effect of relaxing muscles and tendons, promoting blood circulation and clearing heat. Black buffalo horn is used as medicine, and lacing can indirectly improve the metabolism of the body.

Whether you choose massage milk or moisturizing cream, the first point is safety. It is suggested to choose products with natural ingredients as far as possible, because lacing can accelerate absorption and avoid skin problems caused by improper products.

Several commonly used methods of facial tendon-pulling: The first round of tendon-pulling is to massage the acupoints in a circular way with a tendon-pulling stick, or to massage them in a spiral way along the meridian. Horizontal dialing is a lightning massage between acupoints or on a meridian with a massage stick. Transfer is a deep stroke between acupoints or a meridian with a lacing stick. Acupoint is to do deep pressing on the acupoints with a lacing stick. Deep picking refers to deep pressing and stirring with horns when deep muscle tissue is solidified, or when air resistance and tendons are formed in meridians.

The above are several common skills about lacing. Let's look at the next point. The general operation sequence of the face: Generally speaking, it is necessary to remove makeup first and clean the face. After cleaning, judge whether it is necessary to make a mask according to the specific situation. If it is not necessary, you can directly freshen your skin, apply massage cream or moisturizing cream, and then open holes. In other words, you can use the method of pressing acupoints to make the facial skin feel hot, help the skin and muscles relax and prepare for stretching tendons.

After appeasement, adjust the channels and collaterals according to the direction of facial meridians, which are Du Meridian, Bladder Meridian, Gallbladder Meridian Line, Sanjiao Meridian, Gallbladder Meridian Line, Small Intestine Meridian, Large Intestine Meridian, Stomach Meridian and Ren Meridian. Finally, the appeasement is over.

Fourth, facial meridians and acupoints.

Regarding the specific meridian points used for facial lacing, I don't want to explain them in detail here, but show them to you in the form of pictures. You can leave me a message if you have any questions, and reply when you see it. At the same time, you can ask Du Niang directly if you are interested.

5. Precautions before and after tendon traction.

Try not to be too full before lacing. After tendon traction, the flow of qi and blood is accelerated, and a lot of water needs to be supplemented. Warm boiled water is the best way to drink water. Another point is that the period from noon 1 1 to afternoon 1 is not suitable for stretching tendons, especially for people with weak heart qi and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. At the same time, the female physiological period may be avoided.

Well, that's all I'll share tonight. Thank you!
