Fault code E4 generally refers to drainage timeout (empty water level has not been reached within 4 minutes).

Treatment method:

1, check whether the outlet of the drain pipe is unblocked, whether the water level controller, water level controller connecting line and tractor are in the open state, and whether there is a magnetic control switch on the computer board.

2. For some washing machines with water recovery function, after setting the water recovery function, there will be an E4 alarm prompt before the last drainage. It can be solved by turning off water recycling.

3. Turn the washing machine to separate and dehydrate after the water is boiled, and see if the tractor of the washing machine is stretched. If not, it means that the tractor is broken and needs to be replaced.
