We can study the reality of future management, especially the management of small and micro enterprises, from three dimensions, namely the partnership relationship of career dimension, employee dimension and market dimension. Traditional joint-stock enterprises are such a relationship in the original state; Employee dimension is a mechanism to form responsibilities and interests in business practice or business projects. But on the premise of a certain customer demand, people who have the ability to produce and process it and those who have the ability to expand the market unite to form an organic interest in a product, and both glory and loss will be lost. Under these three dimensions, the future management, especially the management trend of small and micro enterprises, is clearer, and it is easier to reach the mechanism of * * * recognition. In this article, Duke Zhuang of Lu and Cao Gui discussed from three dimensions: interests, beliefs and loyalty, and finally came to the conclusion that only by being loyal to the cause can Qi Xin work together to win the battle and attack. However, interests (small profits) can't attract people, and beliefs (commitments) can't impress people. Only loyalty (loyalty to one's own pursuit and values) can get the support and help of others and share the same interests.

Therefore, from today's enterprise management, performance management takes the road of "benefit", team management takes the road of "trust" and corporate culture takes the road of "loyalty". However, this kind of loyalty is not very good. So, how to deal with the future? A new generation of young people began to lead the trend of economic activities, and the traditional management concept was impacted and challenged by modern science and technology, so it became inevitable to study "three-dimensional management".

Managers and decision-makers should think more about how to make employees loyal to their ideals, goals, values, principles and interests in practice, rather than loyal to superiors and organizations. This should be advocated, but it is obviously not realistic now.
