The main scenic spots in Peng Zu
When you come to the foot of the mountain, the first thing you see is the statue of Peng Zu at the foot of the mountain, the stone carving of the first life of China and the memorial archway of "fairy mountain Scenic Area".

Walking into the archway, a wide and gentle stone step extends from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. This stone step, carefully conceived by the designer, consists of 999 steps, 99 platforms and 9 turnouts, which means "long life in 99", so it is called Wanshou ladder. When you set foot on the stone steps, you set foot on a road to longevity. Next to Wanshou ladder, the first scenic spot is Pengzu Temple. According to the records of "Pengzu was born in Shu" and "Pengzu was born in Shu" in Huayang National Records, it can be inferred that Peng Zu not only lived in Pengshan, but also took root here in his later years and was buried in the mountain after his death. The original site of Pengzu Temple is on the left side of Peng Zu's tomb, which is the Pengshi Ancestral Hall. In order to promote Peng Zu's longevity culture and benefit mankind, the People's Government of pengshan county chose to rebuild Pengzu Temple, an antique building in Ming and Qing Dynasties, in view of the narrowness of the original temple.

The main building of Peng Zu Temple is the Teachers' Hall. It is dedicated to Peng Zu and his eight disciples.

Peng Zu is enshrined in the middle of the niche, and the short couplet on both sides of the niche shows the essence of Peng Zu's thought of longevity and health preservation. The first "to" is a verb and the second "to" is a noun. The first part says: the way to speak is not the usual way. Peng Zu's real way to live a long life lies in understanding, not in teaching. So in this case, isn't this Tao unknowable and unlovable? The answer is cleverly hidden in the second couplet. The bottom line is that "life is eternal", the first "life" is a verb and the second "life" is a noun. It tells us that an endless life, as long as you master the key to life, it is not difficult to live forever. The reason is very simple, that is, to maintain normal metabolism and not destroy the natural balance within the body.

Peng Zu tablet was inscribed by Mr. Peng, a descendant of Peng surname in Taiwan Province. This is the place where Peng Zu's descendants trace their roots and admire the sages. According to legend, the custom of establishing ancestral temples by Han people with the same surname originated in Peng Zu.

On the left and right of Peng Zu, there are two of his assistants-Mr. and Mrs. Kim. Peng Zu is holding a gossip fan. It is said that as long as he is fanned by this gossip fan, all bad luck will be blown away, leaving only blessings and wealth. Jade girl's hand is not the usual Xiantao, but a pheasant. That's because Peng Zu is rich in pheasants, and the best soup in the world in Peng Zu's health diet is also made of pheasants.

Peng Zu on the left is dedicated to the Queen Mother of the West, who is also a representative of longevity. She is enshrined here in order to conform to the Taoist theory of yin-yang balance.

On the right side of the statue of Peng Zu, there is a vegetable girl. She is Peng Zu's only female disciple and is said to be Peng Zu's wife. At that time, Shang Zhouwang wanted to buy Peng Zu with a lot of money and official position in order to live longer, but Peng Zu, who was indifferent to fame and fortune, refused. While Shang Zhouwang was thinking hard about a good plan, a witch around him volunteered to ask for the secret recipe. Because Peng Zu is a witch doctor's family, she treats the vegetable girl as a classmate, so she passes on the longevity to the vegetable girl without reservation. Greedy Zhou Wang got immortality, but he wanted to monopolize it forever and hurt Peng Zu. Unexpectedly, the vegetable girl had long fallen in love with Peng Zu and fled back to Pengshan with him, becoming his forty-ninth wife.

In addition, there are eight other statues on the left and right walls of the main hall. They are Peng Zu's eight great disciples: White Rabbit, Xiu Mei Gong, Hei Xue Gong, Tsing Yi Martial Arts, Unwilling to Come, Mao Zujun, Li Yougong and Gao Qiu Zi, who have made great contributions to spreading Peng Zu's longevity and health preservation. Among them, Wu Gong of Tsing Yi was the founder of Yin and Yang Feng Shui in China, and he was buried in the scriptures and handed down from generation to generation. On the right front of Pengzu Temple, there is a "uphill" square. This imitation archway of Qing Dynasty was rebuilt on the original site. Before the Republic of China, it was a wooden structure with four columns and three bays.

In the workshop, the Qing dynasty ordered Wang Yanqiong to "stop the mountain". From The Book of Songs Xiaoya, "The mountain is high and the scenery stops" is a metaphor for lofty morality and the meaning of stopping here. This is a compliment to Peng Zu's morality. Passing the "uphill" square and passing through the hatchback is an antique architectural corridor of Ming and Qing Dynasties, namely Peng Zuxian's room and Peng Zu's tomb.

Peng Zuxian's room is the tomb of Peng Zu. On the steps in front of the room, there is a Tai Chi picture, which is an image summary of the origin of all things in the universe by our ancestors. Taiji diagram shows two fish, Yin and Yang, end to end, forming a circle with each other. The white fish is Yang and the black fish is Yin, and each fish has a fisheye. Everything in the world originates from the turn of Yin and Yang. It is not arbitrary for our ancestors to create Taiji diagrams. According to textual research, its blueprint is the topographic map of natural Taiji in Peng Zu.

The first inscription reads: "What did Peng Keng do for Luo Di? How long did he live? " Chu Ci Tian Wen, written by Qu Yuan, is also the earliest written record of Peng Zu in China. The inscription means: "Why did Peng Keng cook bad chicken for Emperor Yao? Why did he live so long? " This shows that the wild chicken soup cooked in Peng Zu is very nutritious and delicious. Therefore, he is known as a gourmet in ancient China and the originator of cooking pregnancy. He advocates a regular diet and "taking more medicine". Because in the traditional culture of our country, food and medicine have the same origin, and doctors should take precautions before they happen, so medicated diet is indispensable in people's lives. At the same time, he also warned that "vertical medication is useless" for drugs that some people rely on. The second inscription reads: "My husband is deeply harmful to others, cares too much about the grieving people, is too happy and angry to harm others, and harms others at will." Isn't it chaotic to be alone in the room with several injured people? " From Peng Zu's Nourishing Classics, here Peng Zu talks about the influence of mental health and spiritual civilization on human body. An important aspect of his longevity is that he has never sought fame and wealth, and he is simple and contented. In sexual life, he advocates neither abstinence nor indulgence. Abstinence from too much sex, so he warned that "the lack of yin and yang hurts people" and advocated that "men and women complement each other and the world still exists." It believes that a healthy sex life is indispensable for healthy people. From the perspective of modern science, Peng Zu's view is very correct.

On the Tai Chi map, there are inscriptions on both sides that reflect the essence of Peng Zu's longevity and health preservation secret. These are the accumulation of his life's practice, which has derived the unique longevity cultural system that has been passed down in China.

The inscription of the third link reads: "Boast your breath, spit out the old and bring forth the new, bear the path of birds and stretch out, just for longevity." This guide is one of the self-cultivators, and Peng Zushou's examiner likes it. " It came from Zhuangzi on purpose. In ancient China, Qigong was called "guidance". The meaning of this passage is: guiding qi can make people live longer. People regard Peng Zu's longevity qigong as a means to keep fit. Through the scientific operation of "qi" in the body, the waste is discharged from the body and then inhaled into the sky.

Between the "aura", in order to achieve the purpose of fitness, we can see from here that Peng Zu is very proficient in leadership. In Peng Zuxian's room, there is a "five-step" relief, with a group of statues of Peng Zu in the center and around. The picture below shows an alchemist statue of Peng Zu.

Peng Zu's tomb is located above Peng Zuxian's room. The tombstone of "The Tomb of Doctor Shang Xian Lao Peng" was inscribed by Wang Yanqiong, the magistrate of Pengshan County in the sixth year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1867), followed by Peng Zu's tomb. Peng Zu's Tomb is located on the fisheye of the natural Taiyi Yangdi fish in Peng Zu, covering an area of1860m2, with a height of 2.9m and a diameter of 7m.

Shiweitang around Peng Zu's tomb wall was built by Pengshan county magistrate Zhang Fengzhu in the 20th year of Qianlong (1755). The mausoleum sits east to west, surrounded by mountains, and there is a platform in front of it. Take the two mountains in Kowloon as an example, there is no gap, and the main peak of Pengzu Mountain is the backrest. The whole tomb seems to be located on a huge chair. From the perspective of geomantic omen, it confirms the view of bereavement, that is, the former Suzaku, the later Xuanwu, the left Qinglong and the right White Tiger. It is a rare treasure house of Feng Shui. It is said that this cemetery was searched by Peng Zu's disciple and the ancestor of China Feng Shui. What is even more surprising is that many qigong lovers in China suddenly felt angry as soon as they set foot in Peng Zu Scenic Area, and it became more and more serious. They were very angry about Peng Zu's grave. This has always been a mystery, until the discovery of the natural three-dimensional Tai Chi map, the answer was found: this is the fish eye of Tai Chi Yang fish, the strongest intersection of heaven and earth, and the whole fairy mountain is a gathering place of natural gas. The Health Hall is located beside the gas field, covering an area of 1.800 square meters. Its shape is simple, elegant and solemn, imitating the architectural style of Ming and Qing Dynasties. Through a series of lifelike sculptures, murals, colored paintings, calligraphy and other artistic forms, the temple fully demonstrated the three health-keeping secrets of Peng Zu, the ancestor of China's longevity, from the perspectives of psychology, medical psychology and qigong.

There is a couple tree in front of the health center, also known as Yin-Yang tree, which consists of two trees with different tree species. The tree outside is Sapium sebiferum, which is called the wife tree because it is petite and graceful. The tree inside is camphor tree, which is tall and majestic, like a husband holding his wife in his arms.

Although the Pengzu Mountain Health Pavilion shows three secrets of Peng Zu's health and longevity, it may be the most striking secret of sexual intercourse in Peng Zu. There are dozens of reliefs in the temple, which reproduce Peng Zu's house art, and about Peng Zu's house art, three problems are mainly discussed: the first is the coitus posture, which has three postures; The second is the mating time, that is to say, what time is the best mating time within 24 hours; The third is how to collect yin and yang, that is, how to make an alchemist.

Let's talk about sexual intercourse posture first. The "mind-washing and life-saving map" of the health center is to have sex in a sitting position. Because sitting and coitus are conducive to the organic operation of Tammy's Qi. What three areas? The upper abdomen is between the forehead, the middle abdomen is between the breasts, and the lower abdomen is about one inch and three points below the navel. That is to say, sitting copulation is beneficial to the movement of qi along the human body's small Sunday, because there is a problem of "replenishing essence and brain" when collecting yin and nourishing yang, and the route of "replenishing essence and brain" is the route of small Sunday, that is, a cycle is formed from the lower abdomen to the upper abdomen through the spine. In other words, sit and have sex.

Conducive to the refinement of room art. The second posture is "the same posture", that is, men and women face the same direction, and women are in the same position after men. This is called the "iron cow cultivated land copulation method". The third posture is the traditional posture, that is, the upper mouth is opposite and the lower mouth is opposite. This is called "heaven and earth are interlinked". These three postures are enough for practicing the art of sexual intercourse. The reason is that it is conducive to the organic operation of gas in the body and to the refining of sexual intercourse. Two pictures, Tai Chi rotation picture and gas production picture, in the health center, talk about time, that is, when is the best time for coitus. We know that there are twenty-four hours in a day, two hours are one hour, and a day is divided into twelve hours-namely, zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu and Hai. Of these twelve hours, four are the best coitus times, that is, noon, noon, noon and unitary. It is from eleven o'clock in the evening to one o'clock in the morning; Shi Mao is from five to seven in the morning; Noon is from eleven to one; It's from five to seven in the afternoon. Why are these four hours the best time? The reason is that these four hours are alternating between yin and yang, morning and afternoon are alternating between yin and yang, and day and night are alternating between yin and yang. When yin and yang alternate, it is the most harmonious time of yin and yang. When yin and yang are in the most harmonious state, coitus is most beneficial to the collection and supplement of yin and yang, and both men and women can benefit.

The third is how to supplement yin and yang, that is, how to make an alchemist. As for how to collect and supplement Yin and Yang, we can see from the "Yin and Yang Collection and Supplement Map" in the Health Center that it is about how to collect and supplement Yin and Yang in the atrioventricular life, which is the most essence of the thirteen-style sexual art. How to collect yin and yang? It is when both men and women reach orgasm that the man's penis retreats to leave a space. At this time, men adopt yin to replenish yang, and women also begin to adopt yang to replenish yin. At this time, men must grasp that they can't ejaculate, otherwise all previous efforts will be in vain. How can a man grasp himself to ejaculate? Is controlled by consciousness. At the same time,

Essence rises to the brain through human coccyx and spine, and nourishes the brain with innate essence. This is called "brain tonic". So, how to produce essence? To have essence, we must first have essence. This requires men and women not to ejaculate during sexual intercourse, but to accumulate essence in the body. After continuous cultivation, essence will gradually become essence. The so-called essence, qi and spirit, only with essence can there be God, and only with God can there be spirit. This is the truth. With such repeated practice, at a certain stage, Xia Dantian's immortal medicine can be refined into an elixir, and then the elixir will soar and live forever. Your Highness, there is also the China Ancient Sexual Culture Exhibition Hall. The museum displays more than 200 historical relics of China and a large number of popular science posters. There are horse horn ring, mandarin duck secret spectrum, jade carving, silkworm chrysalis, spring palace fish, porcelain Pisces, frog top pot, two-mouth pot, male root worship, jade cong, chest and leg pot, jade jade jade, male heel worship, bronze mirror, female worship candlestick, fan-shaped spring palace, dressing box, dragon and turtle play inkstone, dressing box and frog play. Sex egg carving, nail clipper, jet secret play, chastity belt, spring money, three-inch golden lotus, Yin-Yang sword, Xiaoyao Buddha, silver hairpin inner palace vase, two sets of rotating erotic vases, erotic plate, bone carving erotic picture, ancient rhyme Yin-Yang pot, woodcut, erotic series, secret spectrum brick carving, Simei, erotic bowl. Coming out of the health hall, I walked slowly up the hill along the gentle stone steps, but I saw mountains surrounded, trees shaded, bamboo forests trimmed and the air fresh. On the way, have a look first.

Two Buddha statues on the cliff of Qishan Mountain. The Double Buddhas in Qishan, also known as the Eagle Rock Statue, are two giant Buddhas carved on the cliff in the Tang Dynasty, which are as high as mountains, so they are called the Double Buddhas in Qishan, also known as the Han Buddha in Pengshan, with dangerous terrain, majestic momentum and solemnity. According to textual research, the Double Buddha was built in the early years of Kaiyuan in the Tang Dynasty (AD 7 13), and it has been 1200 years since.

Two buddhas sit upright. The upright Buddha is Sakyamuni Buddha, carved semi-upright, 28 meters high. Sitting on the Buddha is a treasure Buddha, half carved and 24 meters high.

Sakyamuni's headdress is in a bun, wearing a double-collared drooping Buddhist dress, with his left hand in front and his right hand holding a fearless seal, standing barefoot on the lotus platform; The headdress and clothing of Duobao Buddha are the same as those of Sakyamuni Buddha, with Zen seals on both hands and sitting on Mount Sumi. There are three niches of Buddha statues in Tang Dynasty under the seat.

The design and scale of the double buddhas are rare in China, ranking eighth among the giant buddhas in the world. They are precious historical relics and religious cultural works of art, with rich cultural connotation and ornamental value. The double buddhas face Jiangkou Town and Minjiang River to ensure water traffic safety and people's happiness. According to relevant research and investigation, the construction time of the Double Buddha was earlier than that of Leshan Giant Buddha, and sitting on the Buddha is the blueprint closest to Leshan Giant Buddha.

The cliff on the upper left of the Double Buddha was originally named Eagle Rock, and the cave was originally named Eagle Cave. The cave is about 2 meters in diameter, and there is a square table in the cave, which is an ideal place for immortals and alchemists to practice meditation. According to legend, Peng Zu moved from Xianger Temple to Eagle Rock, where he practiced internal and external elixirs and perfected the technique of guiding qi, so it is also called Peng Zu alchemy cave.

Up, you can reach Jiutian Plank Road and Chongyang Pavilion.

Jiutian plank road is excavated along the mountain with a vertical height of about 20 meters. The stone steps are steep and steep. When you go up, you must grasp the chains on both sides. The Nine-Day Range Rover is taken from Mao Zedong's sentence "Dare to go to the moon for nine days, dare to go to the five oceans to catch turtles". The other is based on the allusion of "climbing mountains to avoid disasters in 1999".

There is Chongyang Pavilion on Jiutian plank road, which means that Jiujiu Chongyang climbs high and looks far. Climb up here and look around. You can see beautiful scenery. Here, you can also see the wonders of fairy mountain-natural three-dimensional Taiji. Peng Zu, who walked up the stone steps, is a positive fish. Its tail starts from entering the mountain archway and rises higher and higher. It went from Peng Zuxian's room to the top of the mountain and turned into an upturned fish head. The newly-built grand Huiguang Temple Hall is located at the top of the fish head, and Peng Zu's tomb happens to be in Yangyu Fish Eye. The left front and rear of the Yang fish are all broken into cliffs, and the cliff rises slightly, gradually increasing, and finally becomes a tall Yin fish surrounded by Jinnan, Peng Zu and the mountains. When the fish head meets Pengzu Mountain's tail, it is Shouquan Mountain. Pengzu Mountain and Shouquan Mountain are connected end to end, and there is an "S"-shaped deep ditch in the middle, which separates Yin and Yang (this ditch has been recognized by FAO as the birthplace of world tea). Peng Zu, the mountain of yang fish, is from low to high, and Shouquan Mountain, the mountain of yin fish, is from high to low, which just conforms to the Taiji principle that yang rises and yin falls. From the perspective of Feng Shui in China, this is really a unique and wonderful land of Feng Shui. This may be the real reason why Peng Zu returned to Shu in his later years and moved to Peng Zu.

On Sendai, the top of Peng Zu, stands a fairy sculpture. This beautiful and holy white marble immortal statue is 1987, which was lifted by the people of pengshan county and carved by sichuan fine arts institute. There is also a beautiful and touching legend about this fairy: According to legend, she is the third daughter of Peng Zu, formerly known as San 'e, smart and studious, and very filial. She followed her father in this mountain to collect medicine and make an alchemy, treating diseases and saving lives, and was respected and loved by the people. By chance, San 'e saved Ji Jing, the prince of Zhou Liwang. It turned out that after Li's death, his younger brother led troops to make an insurrection, usurped the throne and was trapped here. After a long time, they made an everlasting vow. Once Ji Jingping settled the rebellion and ascended the throne again, they immediately came to marry San 'e. However, Ji Jing never came back or heard from him. After leaving Ji Jing for three years, he finally died of depression on March 3. The day after her death, the envoys of Zhou Xuanwang and Ji Jing, who had just been rehabilitated, arrived. When the bad news came back to Beijing, Ji Jing, who was obsessed with it, was heartbroken, worshipped Tianchang, proclaimed San 'e as a fairy, and built a temple in Pengzu Mountain to worship her real statue.

In memory of this infatuated and kind fairy who benefits the people, on the third day of March every year, local people go up the mountain to worship and there are many pilgrims. This custom has been inherited to this day, and it has become the most lively and grand activity to visit mountains in pengshan county every year.

At the top of the mountain, there is also a large-scale Huiguang Temple. Huiguang Temple was originally named Peng Nvzhai. After the death of Peng Zu's third daughter, San 'e, the temple was named Fairy Temple and renamed Huiguang Temple at the end of the Republic of China. The temple was destroyed by 1958. 1985 After the resumption of the Sanshan Meeting in March, it was rebuilt by Master Guo Hai.

Huiguang Temple is mainly composed of Maitreya Buddha Hall, Guanyin Hall, Ursa Major Hall and Fairy Cave.

On the right side of Maitreya Hall, there is a fairy cave and a summer resort. It is said that this cave is the place where Peng Zu's third daughter, San E, made an alchemy. Later, San 'e died in the cave, her body was the same as before, and the villagers regarded her as a fairy. In order to feel the kindness of helping others, getting rid of diseases and avoiding disasters, the statue was enshrined in the cave.
