What's the point? The key is to insist on understanding and practice. The requirements need not be too high. At first, 10 to 30 minutes a day is enough, no more, no less, but every day is just right.

Because meditation is a physical and mental exercise, some of our past habits will prevent us from sitting still. So it is enough to do what you can every day, once is enough. Stick to it every day, and it will change slowly, and earth-shaking changes will take place unconsciously.

Don't set limits for yourself. You may often hear that there will be various problems during meditation, or some people say not to sit still. In fact, I want to talk about many methods, methods at different stages, and we can use an introductory method. What they convey is generally done according to some situations of the self, so maybe everyone's statement will be different, which may not be completely consistent with our own state. So they share some things, and I think most of them are one-sided. So as I said before, there are many levels and methods of meditation. At the beginning, we only need to use the simplest method to achieve simple results, and everyone can sit still and wait, with no restrictions.

Where does the restriction of sitting come from? It stems from our greedy goals and wrong cognition. For example, our exaggerated goal, we want to achieve the magical power in a short time, or achieve three Zen, four Zen, these statements, or then something. Because we set goals for those who have not made enough cognitive mistakes, we will definitely get some very unsatisfactory results and let ourselves be very disappointed. The reason itself comes from the wrong goal and the wrong initial intention.

What effect should meditation have at the beginning? At the beginning of meditation, we pay attention to our breathing, and through the flow of this breathing, we slowly feel the vague state of our internal organs. Get used to it, step by step, and we will still be fidgety as before. At this time, things about work and family keep coming to mind. Especially at the beginning, these problems are more prominent, because we gradually realize ourselves. I didn't realize myself before, so I didn't realize it. Once we realize ourselves, we can feel this situation very clearly.

It may be hard at first, but some ideas are pure and may soon enter the state. Because I am quiet, and then I have righteousness, without too many distractions and negative energy. But as time goes by, we are more or less every day. Just stick to it, and it will have obvious effects after 7 days. After 2 1 day, we will have a very pleasant experience, and we will get used to it gradually. After three months, if you can't sit still for a day, you may feel a little uncomfortable. Our belief state and our temper, including our family and career, will change obviously. Because I have changed, people and things around me have changed.

But when we think about it carefully, we find that our hearts are quiet, we are very focused, we can relax physically and mentally, and our energy consumption is very low. This energy is getting stronger and stronger. After putting aside distractions and learning to focus on the state of unity for ten thousand years. We have learned to think deeply, see things more deeply, and our creativity has been greatly improved.
