Adhere to a good lifestyle.

Dong Weixin said that many people aged 30-50 died not of disease, but of ignorance and lack of health care knowledge, and the most scientific way of health care is to adhere to a good lifestyle. A survey of 20,000 elderly people in Britain found that adhering to a good lifestyle can make people live longer 14 years.

To adhere to a good lifestyle, we must first do one thing: quit smoking and drinking. We must also do four things: don't eat midnight snack; Do not use animal oil when cooking; Do not eat fat; Do not eat moldy, pickled, smoked, fried food and overnight leftovers. In addition, you must eat less: eat less salt, but you can be jealous. Vinegar has softening effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Eat less oil and more vegetable oil. An adult consumes no more than 25 grams of oil a day, that is, two tablespoons; Eat less sweets, such as coke, 7-up, cake, chocolate, etc. Eat less fruits with high sugar content such as longan and litchi; Drink less stew. If uric acid is not high, drink it at most 2~3 times a week. If the urine acid is high, you must not drink it. The Nutrition Association advocates drinking clear soup or cooking soup. Eat less meat, even if you eat meat, you should eat more white meat, such as fish and chicken.

The core is to eat six kinds more: eat more vegetables and fruits, and it is seasonal. It is best to eat 300~500 grams of vegetables and 200~400 grams of fruits every day; Eat more mushrooms, especially people with high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia. You can eat black fungus fried celery and lily, 2~3 times a week; Eat three kinds of high-quality animal protein (milk, eggs, fish). Dong Weixin said that many people stop eating egg yolk when they find that their cholesterol is high during physical examination, which is wrong. Cholesterol in egg yolk is necessary, which cannot be synthesized by human body and can only be eaten; Cholesterol in egg yolk is rich in lecithin, which has protective effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Cholesterol in egg yolk is the basis of substance metabolism in our brain. If we don't eat it now, we will easily get Alzheimer's disease when we are old.

Therefore, people with low cholesterol can eat one egg a day, while people with high cholesterol eat one protein a day and eat two-thirds of the yolk; Eat more beans and their products every day, because beans contain natural estrogen and have protective effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems. The elderly should prevent the occurrence of stroke and eat 30~50g beans or bean products every day. Eat more whole grains every day. Whole grains include sweet potatoes, corn, taro and oats. Cereals are rice and flour. It is best that 50%~60% of our daily energy intake is provided by carbohydrates.

Dong Weixin said that some people just drink and eat vegetables when they go out to eat, which is wrong. They must give themselves some whole grains and cereal. If they don't eat these, the energy supply can only rely on fat, which will produce a lot of carcinogens in the process of mobilization, leading to many young people suffering from intestinal cancer now; It is best to use vegetable oil for cooking. Dong Weixin also reminded a family of four that it is better to buy oil below 2L and change the types of vegetable oil frequently, which is more beneficial to health.
