Dumaihe health
Get through Xiao Sunday, and you won't get sick.

In ancient China, martial arts masters had to get through the most important lifelines of the human body: Ren meridian in front and Du meridian in the back. As a Chinese doctor, I found that if ordinary people or patients can get through the two most important channels, it is equivalent to getting through the input pipeline of "vitality" to the human body, which can make the body get better soon.

In fact, this is an important health care method recognized by famous doctors in past dynasties.

Ren meridian in front is actually very easy to distinguish. There are two important acupoints in the chest, one is the navel (known as "Shenque point" academically) and the other is the acupoint in the middle of the breast, known as "Zhongshan point". Connecting these two important points of the human chest with a line is "Ren Mai". Good memory, right? Moreover, on this meridian, there is also a well-known health point-Dantian (3 inches below the navel, the technical term is "Guanyuan").

Knowing Ren meridian, it is easy to think of another life line-Du meridian. Ren meridian is in the chest, so the meridian corresponding to Ren meridian on the back is Du meridian.

Some people may ask: Is it too exaggerated to say that Ren and Du meridians are the "lifelines" before and after the human body? Is it really that powerful?

Of course, in the specific method of Taoist doctors' health preservation, if a person can get through Ren Du's second pulse with qi, it is called "getting through Sunday", that is, through health preservation practice, the qi of the human body flows along the ring formed by Ren Du's second pulse and spring water, so that "qi is born from this, and illness is safe?"

Why does Ren Du 'er pulse have such an important health preserving function? This should start with Zhang Xichun, a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine who is known as "the first person in modern medicine in China", because he can make everyone use the theory of "four qi regulating the spirit" in Huangdi Neijing to carry out health care of ren meridian and du meridian, and the effect is even better than medicine!

If you don't believe me, look at three medical record stories told by Zhang Xichun in his book "The Introduction of Medical Science to the West":

Some people occasionally feel cold on the road because of something going north. It suddenly occurred to me that Mr. Zhang Xichun mentioned "refining qi to cure diseases" in the medical books, so he tried to "inhale from the lower breath" in the car. After walking for about 30 miles, he felt refreshed and relaxed, and the cold suddenly disappeared without a trace.

A patient suffered from severe diarrhea that could not be cured many times. He suspected that there was no cure. Later, Zhang Xichun taught patients the method of "breathing down and inhaling up". After only four or five days, he felt that his originally cold abdomen became warm. After a period of time, the persistent ailment was finally cured.

Another patient is seriously ill. He is out of breath and can neither sit nor lie down. It is useless to take many drugs. Later, Zhang Xichun told him the method of practicing qi to cure diseases. A year later, I felt that Tian Chan was always warm and full of calories, and the disease that had been bothering me for many years quickly recovered. The patient sighed with emotion: "The secret of medical forest is almost the essence of heaven and earth!" Who can be a person who doesn't know the opportunities of nature? Be careful, keep it a secret, and don't tell anyone! "

Breathing-down formulation

This regimen, which is better than medicine, is actually very simple, that is, the "downward breath and upward breath" mentioned in the medical record:

When breathing, just let "exhale" and "inhale" correspond to "Ren meridian" and "Du meridian" respectively.

(1) When "exhaling", let the breath descend from the top (the "middle" position between the two breasts) to the bottom (the navel is also the position of Shenque) along the direction of the chest, and then to the position of Dantian;

(2) Then, when inhaling, let the breath follow the direction of the back du meridian, from bottom to top.

In other words, let the breath flow along the circle formed by Ren and Du meridians.

Zhang Xichun once described its magical effect like this: "Covering the Du meridian can cure the diseases behind it; Tongren pulse can cure diseases in front of the body; The governor is in charge, full of vitality and mental health. At this point, you can live forever. "

The only thing to pay attention to is "call it down and suck it up". In this way, qi can circulate in the two channels of Ren Du without pressing the acupoints of Ren Du, and it can be turned into true qi repeatedly. Although the acupoints are not pressed, the qi and blood at 100 acupoints are naturally smooth, as the Huangdi Neijing said: "With the true qi, can the disease be cured?"

Some people may ask, does the "breathing ascending method" only nourish the qi in the "essence", but not the essence? In fact, essence, qi and spirit are trinity, interdependent, one glory and one glory, one loss and one loss. As the classic of Chinese medicine "Analogy" said: "Refine qi, gasify spirit. Therefore, the essence of the body, the Lord of the spirit, and the home of the shape. " After a hundred years' inheritance, a good health care method can fully nourish the "spirit" of the human body, rather than being partial.

Zhang Xichun himself realized the true meaning of Neijing and devoted himself to practicing this regimen. As a result, his body began to feel weak in his forties. After practicing this kind of gas therapy, my energy and physical strength did not decline until I was in my seventies. At the age of 73, Zhang Xichun wrote an article entitled "Doctors should use the power of meditation to understand philosophy", aiming at the majority of Chinese medicine practitioners, advocating the use of the power of meditation and the method of "calling down and sucking up" to achieve the effect of "being smart and understanding the Tao" and "adjusting prescriptions with drugs and using them at will". And I use this method to help many patients who have been ill for a long time, so that they can regain their vitality and embark on a healthy road.
