Thoughts on Reading Teacher Hu Lin's New Book "A Lively Life"
Teacher Hu Lin has always been my favorite ink artist. I always agree with her unique understanding of life, so I am glad that I made the right decision and became a classmate of Xuan Tong. The teacher's new book, A Lively Life, has been waiting for a long time and can't wait to buy it.

First, I read the preface and preface of Xu Wenbing and Hu Lin. Xu teacher's lofty integrity and the teacher's gentle and firm temperament are revealed between the lines, as if both teachers were around to inculcate.

I always thought that Hu Lin's book was a summary of the words about spleen mother. After reading the preface, I realized that it was far more than that. This book has four parts:

The first part is the traditional wisdom's understanding and cognition of life preservation. When I saw this sentence, my memory suddenly returned to Mr. Hu, who led us to read the preface of "The Eight Chapters of Honor" and the lessons of meditation.

The second part is about maintaining the body and mind, the basic common sense we should know and the suggestions for saving energy for ourselves. Teacher Hu Lin has always said that maintenance is not just about eating what you use, sometimes it is not about eating what you don't use; Xu teacher taught us that the first step is to be sober and not to follow blindly. Health care should start with respect for life.

In the third part, Mr. Hu started with the spleen and talked about things related to food, clothes, housing and transportation. Before I came into contact with the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, I knew nothing about the functions of internal organs of my body, let alone the importance of spleen. According to xu teacher, I live a "cheap" life.

The fourth part is extended reading. Teacher Hu Lin collected relevant vocabulary and principle comments, and finally recommended books.

Some books are personally appreciated by me and I can't help sharing them. Living according to the natural laws of life has been universally acknowledged since ancient times. The premise of this is that we should understand the normality of life. There are five explanations about "business as usual" in Huangdi Neijing, which happened to be explained by teacher Hu Lin in "Life Full of Vitality" (the teacher in the impression can feel his heart no matter what he does):

1, I know.

The so-called Tao is a force and law between heaven and earth that makes everything work. We need to understand and follow this rule.

2, the law is in yin and yang, but in luck.

The essence and core of TCM is the balance of yin and yang, which is also the vitality of TCM. Everything in the world is in the balance of unity of opposites. If we regard life as a cycle of growth and collection, we will live more smoothly and consume less.

3. Eat and drink well.

Eat in moderation and rhythm, know how to eat, what to eat less or not, and when to eat what. For example, there should be a fixed meal time, and the number of meals should be determined according to the amount of nutrients contained in the food.

4. Regular daily life.

Work and rest should conform to the normal state and live according to the laws of nature. For example, it is not advisable to get up too early in winter, and get up when the sun comes out; Don't insist when you are tired. Go and have a good rest and sleep first.

5. Don't work hard.

Don't let yourself fall into a kind of injury caused by long work, save your energy and consciously adjust the use of energy. For example, after sitting and working for a long time, you must stand up and take a walk to give yourself enough time for self-cultivation.

Being able to live as usual, full of energy in the body and full of vitality at all times is the best state of life.

I still remember that Mr. Hu always said that our body and mind are the only supports in the journey of life, so we should understand it and treat it well. Although my own life is almost halfway through, it is not too late to study and practice. I hope I can encourage you.
