Jiulong Mountain, also known as Shangjiuyuan, is located in Xinmin Village, Pingtou Town, Baoji City. The terrain here is steep and the scenery is beautiful, just like a fairyland. Jiu Feng got together and embraced each other, like a lotus in full bloom and Kowloon in the air, hence the name. In the scenic area, canyons are criss-crossing, the water is rushing, the wind is rustling, and dragons and tigers are whistling. These grottoes are strange and interconnected, just like an uncanny workmanship.
Jiulong Mountain combines strangeness, beauty, danger and preciseness. First, it was praised by the eldest grandson, and then Wei Chijingde supervised the repair of the temple, thus leaving eight scenic spots in Kowloon, which is unique in dragon watching. Natural scenery and human landscape complement each other and become the secret scenic spot of Buddhism and Taoism culture in western Guanzhong. Jiulong Mountain Scenic Area has a total length of13.2km and an area of about 30km2. The whole natural scenic spot belongs to continental sedimentary rocks and is a typical Dan.
