What are the maintenance methods of cement pipes?
Cement pipes, also known as cement pressure pipes and reinforced concrete pipes, can be used as sewer pipes in urban construction, sewage discharge, flood control and drainage, as well as water supply pipes and farmland wells used in some special factories and mines. Generally, it is divided into: flat reinforced concrete cement pipe, flexible tongue-and-groove reinforced concrete cement pipe, socket-type reinforced concrete cement pipe, F-beam socket-type cement pipe, flat collar joint cement pipe, tongue-and-groove cement pipe, etc. The ultimate goal of cement pipe maintenance is to make its ambient temperature and humidity relatively suitable, so as to ensure the normal hardening of concrete. Cement pipe mold company said that there are many ways to maintain cement pipes, such as natural maintenance, steam maintenance and electric heating maintenance. Different curing methods have different effects on concrete performance.

The following is a detailed introduction of the maintenance method of cement pipes by Jianji Cement Products Factory: First, a steaming pond should be built. The general steaming pond needs to be 2.5 meters wide, 4 meters long and 3 meters deep, and it can also be sized according to its own production and the size of the mold. A boiler is also needed to transport steam to the steaming pool. The steaming pond has a good sealing degree and can be used after the steaming pond is completed. After the cement pipe is made, it can be hung into the steaming pond for steaming. Generally, cement pipes will solidify after steam curing for 2.5-3.5 hours. Generally, the higher the temperature, the shorter the steam curing time, which is inversely proportional to the steam temperature. The higher the temperature, the better the natural curing, that is, there is no need for steam curing pool. After the cement pipe is made, put the cement pipe and mould in the open air for natural curing. Generally, it takes one day for the cement pipe to be opened for maintenance after completion, and the mold can be opened the next day. After mold opening, it needs natural curing for 4-6 days, and the cement pipe needs to be sprayed with water three times a day, usually once in the morning, once at noon and once in the afternoon. The purpose of water spraying is to keep the humidity of the cement pipe, so that the concrete can slowly set by itself, and the number of water spraying can be increased or decreased according to the weather and humidity. But natural maintenance needs more molds.
