Four cornerstones of health
In view of people's bad behaviors and living habits, the World Health Organization put forward the concept of "four cornerstones of health", namely, reasonable diet, moderate exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, and psychological balance.

"Reasonable diet" should be "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, red, yellow, green, white and black". "1" means drinking a bag of milk every day; "2" refers to the intake of 250~350 grams of carbohydrates every day; "3" means eating 3 servings of high-protein food every day, such as fish and beans; "4" means "coarse and fine, not sweet or salty, three or four or five meals, seven or eight full"; "5" means eating 500 grams of vegetables and fruits every day. "Red" means eating 1-2 tomatoes every day; "Yellow" refers to yellow vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkins; "Green" refers to green tea and vegetables; "White" refers to oatmeal or oatmeal; "Black" refers to black fungus, black sesame and so on.

The key to moderate exercise is constancy (perseverance), order (step by step) and moderation (moderate exercise).

"Quit smoking and limit alcohol" means to quit smoking and drink moderately. Drinking wine, liquor and beer every day should not exceed 100 ml, 20 ml and 300 ml respectively.

The key to "psychological balance" is to achieve "three joys", "three pairs" and "three essentials"

"three pleasures": helping others wholeheartedly, being content and enjoying it.

"Three Righteousness": Treat yourself correctly, treat others correctly and treat society correctly.

"Three Essentials": To contribute to the society and enjoy life to the fullest; Be enterprising in your career and have a normal heart in your life; We should not only strive for perfection in our own work, but also have a colorful amateur life.
