The difference between xo and brandy
XO and brandy are both a kind of wine, but there are some differences in origin and production methods.

1.XO(ExtraOld) is a high-grade cognac, which needs to be aged in oak barrels for at least 6 years, with an average of 20 years. Its quality and taste are similar to those of aged whisky, with deep color and rich aroma and taste.

Brandy is a wine made in France and needs to be aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years. The taste is elegant and fresh, and the good quality needs aging for more than 10 years.

So the difference between XO and brandy lies in the aging time and the quality and taste of the wine body. XO is more mature and rich, while brandy is more fresh and elegant.
