2. People with yang deficiency have poor ability to adapt to the climate. They should avoid the cold and keep warm in winter, and pay attention to replenishing yang in spring and summer. To "bask in the sun insatiably", that is, bask in the sun more in spring and summer, not less than 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This can greatly improve the cold tolerance in winter.

3. Physical exercise for people with yang deficiency should be strengthened in all seasons, such as walking, jogging, Tai Ji Chuan and Wuqinxi. Sunbathing and air bathing are indispensable ways to strengthen sunlight.

4. Eat more aphrodisiac foods, such as mutton, dog meat, chicken and venison. According to the principle of "nourishing yang in spring and summer", especially in the dog days of summer, eat "Fuzi porridge" (Fuzi 10g, stir-fry for 30 minutes first, add japonica rice 150g and cook until cooked) or mutton soup.

Happy spirit leads to the harmony of qi and blood, and the normal operation of meridian qi and blood is beneficial to the change of blood stasis constitution. On the contrary, depression and melancholy will aggravate the tendency of blood stasis.

3. Diet nursed back to health often eats foods with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, such as peach kernel, black beans, rape, arrowhead, vinegar and so on. I often cook some hawthorn porridge and peanut porridge. You can also choose some drugs for promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood (Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Rehmannia glutinosa, Sanguisorba officinalis and Acanthopanax senticosus) and broth to drink.

2. 3. Physical exercise People with phlegm-dampness constitution are obese and prone to fatigue. They should persist in walking, jogging, various dances, ball games and other activities for a long time, and the amount of activities should be gradually enhanced, so that loose skin will gradually become solid and dense muscles.
