After spiritual gathering, we should use some concepts to observe the feelings and experiences. 3, slowly experience the umbilical circle, Dantian grinding, following the economic pulse, four tips of luck, relaxing muscles and pulling bones, abdominal distension and so on. This experience seems unreal, unreal. If the heart is too persistent, it will not last long, but it will disperse. If you don't have a mind, you will be easily distracted, you will not be able to make a proper idea, and you will not be able to implement the waist-oriented and abdomen-oriented core.
