Turn your body left and right once and count the times. If you have distractions in your mind during practice, gently bring your thoughts back to the rotation of your body.
Beginners should do the following actions 50- 100 times first, and gradually increase them to 200-300 times without physical discomfort.
After every two movements, do relaxation exercises. The relaxation exercise method is: the body is upright, the feet are shoulder-width apart, in a semi-squat state, the fingers are close together, and the arms naturally swing back and forth, with the swing range as large as possible, with the target number 100 times.

Cross your hands, put your thumb against your navel, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 300.
Section 2 Mingmen
Put your hands behind your waist, hold the other wrist with one hand, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 300.
Relax 100 times.
The third vertebra
Put your hands and fingers together straight, behind your neck, palms forward, don't touch your head and neck, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 200.
Section 4 Baihui
Cross your hands, put them on your head, keep your arms as straight as possible, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 200.
Relax 100 times.
Section 5 Shen Ting
Put your hands and fingers together, put them on your sides, palm forward, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 300.
Section 6 Zhongshan
Cross your arms on your chest, turn your torso left and right, and keep your head still. The target number is 300.

Sleep exercise is based on "architectural foundation" and is taught by Professor Sun. Express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sun. When doing sleeping posture exercises, the rotation range of the trunk should be as large as possible, and the rotation range and times should be gradually increased, and it takes about 50 minutes to complete the whole set of movements; Abnormal articulation sounds are normal at the beginning of practice.
