China has an amazing knowledge: traditional Chinese medicine.
Traditional Chinese medicine is a branch of China's traditional theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements. Nowadays, due to the pressure of life, many young people have been exposed to Chinese medicine therapy early. A few years ago, there were many arguments about the unscientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine and whether it had therapeutic effects. My opinion is that TCM is unscientific.
The birth and development of TCM is not in the scientific system. Scientific research only explains the phenomenon of the upper level with the phenomenon of the lower level, and there is no ultimate essence. Any kind of physical or chemical phenomenon can be explained by microscopic phenomena, and it can be explained by more microscopic and smaller-scale phenomena. With the current technical means of human beings, the research is limited. We all know that opposites attract and like repel in a magnetic field. Scientists' research tells us that this is the result of positive and negative charges under the action of magnetic field force, so why do positive and negative charges cancel each other out? What is the principle of magnetic field force? This always uses one law to explain another law and one phenomenon to explain another phenomenon. It is very likely that this world has no essence, only phenomena.
Therefore, science also has limitations and time constraints, and cannot explain the essence of everything. We don't believe in religion or science. If we keep asking what the nature of limit is, it is likely that God designed it this way. Therefore, Chinese medicine is unscientific, which does not mean that Chinese medicine is not desirable. It has been decades since the scientific research on the existence of meridians and acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine, and there is still no substantive conclusion. Even if a conclusion is reached after several years, it is just another microscopic phenomenon.
In fact, Chinese medicine is completely unscientific and somewhat arbitrary. It is generally believed that Huangdi Neijing was written in the Han Dynasty, but the shape and size of human gastrointestinal tract in Neijing Lingshu are not much different from the conclusions drawn by modern anatomy. Presumably, these data were also obtained through dissection in the Han Dynasty. If some Chinese medicine practitioners insist that this is obtained through internal inspection. That really can only say that Chinese medicine is not in the category of science.
Chinese medicine is very interesting. Yin and yang are dialectical in cold and heat, and the five elements correspond to the relationship between the five internal organs, and the strength of mother and child is different. Even the five internal organs corresponding to the five elements can be linked with four pillars and eight characters. This is a huge mathematical theoretical system, and I dare not talk nonsense.
Another interesting thing about Chinese medicine is the various health secrets that are circulated in books and orally. Sun Simiao's thirteen health preserving methods are probably the most widely spread, including combing hair, moving eyes, knocking teeth, washing Yujin, bulging ears, washing face, shaking head, swinging waist, rubbing abdomen, patting Gu Dao, twisting knees, walking and rubbing feet.
Careful observation shows that these thirteen methods are arranged in order from the top of the head to the bottom of the foot. They are all physical therapy methods of self-massage, especially suitable for some elderly people with decreased physical function. This massage should have some effect. Besides gargling Yujin and taking pictures of Gu Dao, it should be easy to understand its meaning in the Thirteen Laws. Washing Yujin means gargling with saliva and finally swallowing it, which sounds a bit heavy. Of course, the specific method of gargling is also particular. Photographed by Gu Dao, some versions are called Cuo Gu Dao, that is, lifting the anus and constantly practicing the training of contracting the anal sphincter. I think it is very reasonable to take a picture of the valley road. Many women's postpartum recovery and physical therapy for male prostate patients will exercise the muscles near perineum and anus. A foreign language is called exercising PC muscles.
Washing Yujin and filming Gu Dao are actually not heavy tastes. After all, the mouth is where saliva is produced. Who can give up on themselves? But! What about urine?
I used to read Su Shi's Dongpo Zhi Lin. In the first volume of Dongpo Zhi Lin, Su Shi recorded two health-preserving prescriptions. One is Yang Dan's formula, which reads as follows:
After the solstice of winter, I lived in a fast room, and I often sucked nasal juice, gargled and refined sweetness, so I swallowed my abdomen. 30 porcelains, all covered, drowned in them, covered at will. This book knows it from one to thirty. Set up a clean room, choose the simple ones and keep it. After 30 days, it is fine sand, such as floating ants, or yellow or red. Silk filter, the water just discharged is very clean, too clear. As good as dirty gas, clean porcelain bottles are stored together. From summer to the future, take finely chopped jujube meat, and the pills are as big as buttonwood. If you swallow hollow wine, the number of pills is not limited, and you can take it after three or five days. From summer to the future, it is still taken in the same way as before, but it is taken in winter to the future. My name is Yang Dan Yin Lian. You must be pure, want desire, and if you don't, the sand won't knot.
After the winter solstice, stay indoors, suck your nose into your mouth, rinse your mouth repeatedly with your nose until you feel sweet, and then swallow Dantian. Buy thirty porcelain covers and pee in them, which is convenient to cover. Number these porcelains according to one to thirty. Put it in a clean room and let cautious and honest people guard it. After 30 days, when you open the lid, fine sand will condense on the surface of the liquid, like floating ants, yellow or reddish. Filter out the fine sand with a handkerchief, rinse with clear water until there is no unpleasant smell, and then store them together in a clean porcelain bottle. After the summer solstice, take it out and grind it, mix it with jujube paste and rub it into balls the size of a buttonwood tree. Take the wine on an empty stomach, and the number of pills is not limited. You can take it after three or five days. You can still follow this method after summer solstice and take it after winter solstice. This is called Yang Dan Yin Lian. You should have a clean heart, cut off your desire, never stop your desire, and there is no sand in your urine.
Well, this is Su Dongpo's secret recipe for keeping in good health, a gourmet who invented the Buddha jumping wall and the so-called sheep scorpion, and a writer with ups and downs but open mind. Although I don't know whether he got it or created it himself, he probably got it.
Come to think of it, I have seen something similar to this. When I was a child, I went to other people's houses to play. I think I've seen it in someone else's toilet. In some rural families with elderly people, in order to facilitate the elderly, a urine bucket will be specially prepared for the elderly. After all, many rural aqua privies are just two wooden boards, which makes it inconvenient for the elderly to walk. When people are too lazy to clean up, there is often half a bucket of urine in the urine bucket. Over time, the liquid surface will solidify into a layer of covering like milk skin, which is a dull white with a little milky yellow and rough raised particles, and some linear textures cross each other. Perhaps it is not as meticulous and thick as Su Shi's prescription. Those raised particles and linear textures made me understand what it means to be like a floating ant.
Think about this pickled thing, and there are 30 porcelain clean rooms, with numbers to be stored and guarded by special personnel. After 30 days of retting, silk handkerchief was filtered and washed with clear water, and it was time to make tofu with wine. Exquisite utensils, delicate heat, exquisite craftsmanship, production and sales. Just speechless, speechless, speechless.
Another birth-raising method recorded in Dongpo Zhi Lin is called "Yindan formula", which is roughly that the breast milk of a woman whose first child is a boy is packed in a jar. It's not as surprising as Yang Dan's tactics, so I won't introduce it.
Su Shi's Yang Dan Jue can only be said to be an earthwork. Like many ridiculous prescriptions, holding a rooster behind the elbow to treat malaria is a typical example. It is the product of the times and backward technology, and it cannot deny Chinese medicine.
