1. The cardholder's name must be consistent with the record of this membership card. If any discrepancy is found, it is forbidden to use this card and take it back.

2. Members should show this membership card for verification before entering the club.

3. If a member loses this card and applies for a replacement, he/she needs to pay RMB, and the club reserves the right of final interpretation within the scope permitted by law.
