Breastfeeding massage
Breastfeeding is the first choice of natural food for infants' growth and development, and breast milk is incomparable to any other food for infants. So, is there any way to promote new mothers to milk more? Mother should master the correct breast massage technique after delivery, which is conducive to promoting the secretion of postpartum milk.

Basic technology

Section 1: promoting the patency of mammary duct

1

Methods: Massage the ventral surface of thumb, forefinger and middle finger back and forth along the longitudinal direction of mammary duct (see figure 1).

Section 2: Softening areola and mammary sinus.

2

Methods: Massage with thumb, forefinger and middle finger around areola 360 degrees, and the hand can change direction continuously. Because the mammary sinus in the areola is hard, the massage time is longer (see Figure 2).

Section III: Strengthening lactation reflex.

three

Methods: Squeeze from areola to nipple with thumb, forefinger and middle finger. When squeezing, the parturient can imagine that the baby is sucking milk, and imagine the three fingers massaged as the baby's small mouth sucking milk (see Figure 3).

Special technology

Section 1: Removing milk stasis

four

Methods: Hold the breast in a "C" shape with one hand, slightly vibrate the breast, and gradually increase the vibration amplitude; Three fingers of the other hand massage from areola to nipple (see Figure 4).

Part 2: Eliminating the induration of areola and surrounding tissues

five

Methods: Put one hand outside the areola, press the thumb and forefinger vertically, and massage the breast with the other hand according to the stroke of the mammary duct until the areola becomes soft gradually (see Figure 5).

The third section: improve the nipple short flat depression.

six

Methods: Press the nipple and massage the areola and mammary duct (see Figure 6).
