First, eat flat food:

The food with flat nature is not obvious in cold and heat, and it can be used generally, especially for people who are weak, or suffer from yin and yang loss after a long illness, or have mixed symptoms of cold and heat. Foods include yam, Euryale ferox, gastrodia elata, licorice, poria cocos, lotus seeds, Polygonatum sibiricum and black sesame.

Food includes eggplant, radish, wax gourd, loofah, spinach, loquat, celery, pear and so on.
