Fried pork belly

If this method is the simplest, you can use seasoned lobster sauce. If there is no seasoned lobster sauce, you can make it yourself with the common Yongchuan lobster sauce, and add homemade red oil and salt to the lobster sauce.

Raw materials:

Pork belly 500g, green pepper 10, 2 tablespoons seasoned lobster sauce, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, 5g pepper and 3 cloves garlic.

Steps:

1. Shred green pepper and slice pork belly for later use.

2. Put the pork belly into the pot and stir-fry the oil in medium and small fire.

3. Open the pork belly to the pot, add garlic, pepper and lobster sauce, and mix well with the meat.

4. Turn the fire, add the green pepper and stir-fry, and add cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce.

Note: 1. This method does not need oil, so the meat should be fatter. If you don't like green peppers, you can use them for seasoning. First put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the green peppers and take them out.

In order to cut the meat more conveniently, you can put the meat in the refrigerator until it is half hard.
