Now I will introduce the internal motivation of the Taiyi Sect of Zhi Wudang in Xi as follows for your reference. This skill was originally named "Internal Skill of Wudang Taiyi", which is one of the secret internal skills of Taiyi Sect. This method is simple and effective, which can activate human potential in a short time and gain comprehensive internal strength. You might as well have a try if you are willing.

The first paragraph:

1, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands folded, whole body relaxed, breathing naturally, staying in the field for about 5 minutes.

2. Push your hands forward slowly, with your thumbs facing each other, and inhale through your nose like holding a ball. Take a deep breath and chest out.

3. Then suddenly spray, and at the same time complete the following actions instantly: hands suddenly change fists, and two big arms clamp the double ribs, just like suddenly tearing a dress, pulling it to the left and right, with the fist face up. At the same time, the body suddenly sinks, showing a high position, the muscles of the whole body collapse, and the center of gravity sinks.

4. Inhale slowly, stand up slowly, resume the starting posture, and then repeat the above actions for 5 times.

The second paragraph:

1, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands naturally on the side, relax, take a deep breath and stay in the abdomen for about 5 minutes.

2. Slowly lift the palm to the upper side until the arm and trunk are at 30 degrees, and at the same time inhale through the nose and hold out your chest.

3. Then suddenly jet, and complete the following actions at the same time: two palms suddenly change fists, two arms drive fists to rotate inward quickly, and make a rapid arc movement in front of the body until the body stops suddenly 20 cm in front, and the fists tighten their backs outward with the intention of arching. At the same time, the body suddenly sinks in a high position, the whole body is tight, and the center of gravity drops.

4. Stand up slowly, inhale and return to the beginning. Then repeat the above actions for 5 times.

The third paragraph:

1, the same paragraph or the second paragraph.

2. Slowly raise your hand on one side and stop when you raise it above your head. Palm outward, palm apart about a fist. At the same time, lift your heels slightly, raise your center of gravity, inhale through your nose and hold your chest out.

3. The nose blows suddenly, and at the same time, the following actions are completed: the palm quickly flips with fists, the fists are opposite, and then suddenly pulls back, so that two small arms and two big arms form a "mountain" shape with the head, and at the same time, the body suddenly sinks in a neutral posture, and the heels quickly sink and shake the ground, and the muscles of the whole body tighten instantly, and the abdomen is depressed at the same time.

4. Get up slowly and inhale, and return to the beginning. Then repeat the above actions for 5 times.

Note: This skill must be practiced on the basis of a certain internal skill in Dantian, or practice the method of inhaling or collecting qi before each practice, otherwise it is easy to consume internal qi.
