According to the planning objectives, the pioneer area will focus on introducing international advanced medical facilities and institutions, and gradually build it into a world-class medical and health resort in 15-20 years. On the south bank of Wanquan River, with "health preservation" as the core, five functional centers, such as traditional medicine center, Asian health recuperation center, plastic surgery center, elderly health maintenance center and chronic disease rehabilitation center, are planned and laid out. In order to build a "pioneer zone", the state has given nine preferential policies to support it. We will enjoy preferential policies, including speeding up the examination and approval of the import registration of medical devices and drugs, and allowing foreign capital to set up medical institutions.
