After a long period of practice, the "Sunshine Teachers' Association" in our garden is becoming more and more perfect, which has played a positive role in promoting teachers' growth in all aspects, enhancing teachers' professional happiness and inspiring teachers' enthusiasm for work and life.

First, professional associations meet the needs of teachers' professional growth.

Professional associations are mainly led by "famous teachers", "academic leaders", "teaching rookies" and backbone teachers in our park. This is a good platform to transform individual wisdom into collective wisdom, and it is also a kind of * * * learning based on practice. Here, everyone learns from each other and enjoys resources and experience. It can be said that professional associations have become a happy harbor for teachers to study collectively, enjoy wisdom and improve their professional level. For example, the Institute of Curriculum and Teaching has conducted a series of studies on the scientific activity "automobile". All members of the club studied the source of materials, the opportunity to present materials, and the interaction between children and materials. During the activity, we also held a car making competition. After continuous learning and improvement, the materials of "Car" activities are more interesting and more suitable for children to operate. The achievement of this community activity, "Providing materials effectively in collective scientific activities", was displayed and shared at the Zhejiang Special Class Teachers' Forum.

Many professional club activities are related to teachers' basic skills, such as speaking, singing, playing, dancing, drawing and writing. Associations actively create conditions and strive to help teachers improve their basic teaching skills. When hard work and sweat brought graceful dancing and smooth piano sound, when good skills promoted the effectiveness of education and teaching activities, and when their skills were praised by their peers, teachers smiled happily. For example, with the help and guidance of backbone teachers, Putonghua testers and radio announcers, the reading level of reading club members has been greatly improved. Many of them have served as hosts in various activities inside and outside the park. Some societies have also formed a "touring performance group for the construction of new countryside", which has compiled the demands and puzzles of the peasant groups into allegro and sketches, and performed them in various villages, which are deeply loved by farmers and have made contributions to the construction of new countryside.

In the process of "Sunshine Teachers' Meeting", we clearly realize that teachers' needs are diverse, both material and spiritual. There are both professional needs and life needs, and the needs of teachers are constantly developing and changing. To this end, we created a life club. These societies all have their own unique activities. For example, the activity of the "parenting club" is to "let your children develop healthily and happily like other children". To this end, the "parenting club" has created a "parenting salon", "QQ group" and "parent-child interaction platform". When teachers encounter children's educational problems, they will go to the corresponding platform for help, exchange and study. For example, Miss Sun is a hard-working and good teacher, but her son is naughty and his performance in school is not satisfactory, which makes Miss Sun very anxious and sometimes even inferior. To this end, she joined the parenting club and discussed with her colleagues. Colleagues gave her many positive suggestions, and her son followed her to participate in a series of activities organized by the parenting club. Kindergarten teachers are mostly women, delicate and sensitive, and their emotional needs are particularly strong. Teacher Wang is the backbone of our teaching, with high professional level, but strong personality. He is competitive in everything and strong at home. Couples often have conflicts and even divorce. Several teachers of "station attendant, intimate elder sister" came to her house in time to learn more about the situation and guide the two sides to communicate rationally, which finally resolved an emotional crisis.

It is the nature of female teachers to love beauty. Teachers all want to dress themselves up more beautifully and generously. To this end, the beauty and health club invited experts to the park to discuss how to dress up, so that the concept of "decent and dignified dress is the most beautiful" became everyone's knowledge.

Thirdly, the enthusiasm of fitness clubs activates teachers' lives.

In the fitness club, like-minded teachers will get together, have fun and exercise scientifically. They shouted a loud slogan: "Light feathers fly, * * * to build health!" "Table tennis is tangible and happy, spelling out a healthy life!" "Lightly jump, let every cell jump!" "Dancing youth, dancing fashion, dancing health!" Fitness associations often organize various competitions. They hired professional sports coaches to provide physical exercise skills training, and invited teachers' families to participate in such training activities. It is like an "activator" of teachers' vitality, which allows every teacher to set his mind free, have health and get happiness. For example, Mr. Zhang used to be sickly and introverted, but after participating in the activities of the dance club, his physique was obviously enhanced and his personality was lively and cheerful.
