Is soaking feet effective for health? What should people with lumbar disc herniation do?
Soaking feet can partially replace lipid-lowering drugs, control hyperlipidemia, eliminate discomfort caused by hyperlipidemia, and prevent complications caused by hyperlipidemia.

Leg therapy is a safe, simple and effective Chinese medicine therapy. There are more than 60 acupoints on the calf and nearly 70 reflex zones on the foot. Massage these acupoints and reflex zones, just like massaging internal organs. Bathing these acupoints and reflex zones with drugs is just like bathing internal organs. Drugs can directly enter the body through legs and feet, which can avoid the harm of its toxic and side effects to the body.

1. Once you feel low back pain, please see a doctor in time, find out the cause of low back pain through the doctor's examination, and actively cooperate with the treatment.

2. When the symptoms of low back pain have improved, functional exercise can be considered to strengthen the strength of back muscles. Don't exercise when paying attention to low back pain. Exercise should be gradual, not too hasty. It is a good idea to "owe a little" and do it less once or twice at a time when physical conditions permit.

3. When lifting heavy objects, you must kneel down, hold things with your hands, and then keep your upper body upright and your lower limbs raised. Never bend down to get up. In addition, don't twist your upper body in place after lifting heavy objects.

4. If you are diagnosed with lumbar lesions, don't wear waist protectors for a long time, and generally sleep on a hard bed. Acute lumbar sprain and acute lumbar disc herniation can be used when the waist is weak, but the use time should not exceed one month. Wearing waist protector for a long time will reduce the use of waist muscles and lead to disuse atrophy of waist muscles. Once the waist protector is not used, it is easy to sprain the waist.

Mulberry parasitic in the wilderness, standing in the wind, growing in the rain, although day after day, year after year, but because its appearance is not strange, there is no attractive smell, so it has not been noticed by people. According to legend, it was discovered by a farmer by accident. Here's a little story:

The farmer's surname is Ji, and he has been farming in the Yellow River valley for generations. Because of hard work and cold, his back and legs hurt when he was old, but his family was poor and had no money for treatment, and he almost lost his ability to work.

One day, after working in the field, Jisheng had no strength to go home. His heart was crossed, and he said that he might as well die in weeds, so he lived among mulberry trees with vines. When he woke up, it was already the setting sun. He only felt sweaty and his limbs stretched out, and the pain in his waist and legs for many years was obviously relieved. After he finished his work, he would lie on these messy vines and rest. Over time, his back and leg pain not only fully recovered, but also had the strength to work. The story soon spread among the neighbors, and many people with low back and leg pains came to see him. Some of them used this method, some used it flexibly, and collected rattan soup to drink, all of which achieved good results. Later, in memory of its discoverer, people called this vine "Jisheng". Because most of this vine is parasitic on mulberry trees, later generations simply call it "mulberry parasitism".

Yangfei point is the main point of bladder meridian, 7 inches above Kunlun point and below Chengshan point 1 inch. Flying is "overbearing" flying, which has several meanings: First, it floats upward, which is upward. This means that at this time, people can stand up in pain, feel refreshed and walk like flies. Secondly, when we are sprinting or squatting to prepare for take-off, this point stretches the muscle tendon to prepare for launching elasticity. Third, the amount of bladder meridian, from the Economic Commission to the Central Committee, reaches the mountain, just like the water in a waterfall. After flying straight down into a mountain, it accumulates in this cave below the mountain and tends to fly. This point has a good effect on low back and leg pain.
