The planned Huashan Ecological New City is the first two-oriented social eco-city in Hubei, bordering Zuo Ling Town in the east, Wuhan Science and Technology New City in the south, East Lake Scenic Area in the west and Wuhan Beihu New City in the north. Compared with Tianjin Eco-city, these 29 indicators are more "Wuhan characteristics": Huashan New City needs to reach 60% natural ecological coverage and be more "green"; The energy-saving measures of green buildings should be refined, and the energy consumption of residential buildings can be higher than 35 kWh/year; The utilization rate of non-traditional water sources should reach more than 30%, and the utilization of circulating water should be strengthened; The utilization rate of new energy sources such as wind energy and solar energy within the jurisdiction should reach 15%.
It is reported that Wuhan will set up an "Ecological Research Institute" in Huashan New Town in the future, and it is planned to invite Counselor the State Council, head of the sustainable development strategy research group of Chinese Academy of Sciences and chief scientist Niu Wenyuan as a consultant.
Ten two-oriented demonstration projects and 10 million square meters of green community
1. Combine the construction of the started project to build a green building demonstration project. Select a certain scale of functional buildings from the start-up projects, and organize the construction according to the relevant indicators of green buildings. This paper focuses on the technology and application measures of groundwater circulating air conditioning system, and explores the green building system and building mode in hot summer and cold winter areas from five aspects: building site selection, water saving, energy saving, material use and indoor environmental quality.
2. Construction of water ecological demonstration project with Yandong Lake protection project as the core. According to the general requirements of the "Dadong Lake Network" project, the water quality protection project of Yandong Lake will be built as soon as possible, and the water ecological demonstration area with artificial wetland system and coastal natural wetland with landscape ecological function will be built, and the water environment protection measures of ecologically sensitive waterfront will be explored, so as to provide experience and demonstration for the urbanization development model of rivers and lakes concentrated areas under the world water crisis.
3. Demonstration project of coupling transformation of reclaimed water utilization and ecological land. Through the construction of decentralized collection, treatment, reuse and reprocessing systems, sewage and initial rainwater will be treated accordingly to provide urban maintenance, greening and sanitation; At the same time, the reprocessing process will be carried out simultaneously with the ecological transformation of the surrounding undeveloped construction land, so as to reduce the discharge of pollutants in the process of urban construction and operation, realize the economical utilization of water resources and enhance the function of ecological land.
4. Construction of centralized solar energy farmers' community demonstration project. Combined with the construction of "centralized solar energy application demonstration community" in the first phase of rural housing construction, we will cooperate with relevant scientific research institutions and manufacturers to implement the application and promotion of solar energy from the whole, process and management.
5. Construction of low-carbon life traffic demonstration project with priority to slow traffic. Build a public electric vehicle network system, a bicycle network system and a walking system with "people-oriented, slow-moving priority" in the new urban area, and build a transportation system in low-carbon life.
6. Build a "real-time air quality monitoring center" that combines zoning and mobility. The data of inhalable particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are monitored in real time for 24 hours, and sent to the testing center and published in real time through wired and wireless data transmission systems to ensure a good atmospheric environment in Huashan New Town. This technology has important demonstration significance for creating an "environment-friendly" urban environment.
7. Build "Huashan Mountain and Huaguoshan Mountain" and set up an eco-agricultural company. Repair the mountain, transform and upgrade the forest landscape of woodland, and widely plant woody vine flowering and fruiting plants such as rhododendron, rose, red fruit and holly to create a real "flower mountain".
