1, diet nourishing lung

"dryness" is the main qi in autumn, which is easy to hurt lung yin. It is advisable to eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten dryness and replenish lung qi.

1) Stewed Sydney with Fritillaria

Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae has the effects of clearing away heat and moistening lung, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, dispersing stagnation and reducing swelling, and is mostly used to relieve dry cough.
