1.6 project contents and practices (see Annex I: Confirmation Form of Decoration Project Construction Project and Annex II: List of Decoration Project Contents and Practices).

Article 2 Qualification of the construction unit

2. 1 Any unit undertaking the decoration project of family rooms shall hold the qualification certificate of construction enterprises with the scope of decoration project contracting issued by the construction administrative department.

2.2 Party B is an enterprise legal person approved and registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and has passed the latest annual inspection of the enterprise, and has the qualification of engaging in civil architectural decoration projects approved by the construction administrative department, and the qualification grade meets the requirements of this construction. If Party B does not have the business qualification or corresponding qualification, Party A has the right to terminate this contract, and Party B shall immediately return the fees paid by Party A and compensate for the losses.

2.3 The individual decoration employees who undertake the family room decoration project should hold local towns and villages. 2.4 No unit or individual may undertake the decoration project of family rooms without the Qualification Certificate of Construction Enterprises or the Post Certificate of Individual Decoration Practitioners issued by the construction administrative department.

Article 3 Project supervision

If it is a supervision project, Party A (or Party B) shall sign a project supervision contract with the supervision company separately, and notify Party B (or Party A) of the name, unit, contact information and responsibilities of the supervision engineer.

Article 4 Construction drawings

Both parties agree to provide construction drawings in the following ways:

4. 1 Party A designs and provides the construction drawings by itself, and the submission time is _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (see Annex 6: Design Drawings of Home Decoration Project);

4.2 Party A entrusts Party B with the design and construction drawings in triplicate, with Party A, Party B and the construction team holding one copy respectively (see Appendix 6: Design Drawings of Home Decoration Project), and the design fee shall be paid by Party A (this fee is not included in the project price);

4.3 The construction drawings shall take effect after being signed by both parties.

Article 5 Rights and obligations of Party A

5. 1 _ _ _ _ days before commencement, to create conditions for Party B to enter the site for construction. Empty all or part of the house and remove obstacles that affect the construction; Protective measures should be taken for furniture and furnishings that can only be partially vacated, so as not to affect the construction. Party B's construction personnel shall carefully check and protect the animals on Party A's construction site, and both parties shall sign the "List of Articles";

5.2 Remove the original telephone equipment before construction; Provide water and electricity during construction, and explain the matters needing attention in use;

5.3 Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the construction team and the neighborhood;

5.4 It is forbidden to dismantle the indoor load-bearing structure. Need to dismantle, change the load-bearing and non-load-bearing structure of the building, or move the kitchen, bathroom, equipment and pipeline, shall be responsible for the relevant departments to handle the corresponding examination and approval procedures;

5.5 Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and participate in the acceptance of materials entering the site and project completion;

5.6 The construction deposit and various property management fees collected by the property management department where the project is located shall be paid by Party A (except for the pass), and Party B shall assist in providing relevant materials required for property management;

5.7 Party A shall not change the main body and load-bearing structure of the building without the original design unit or a design unit with corresponding qualification grade;

5.8 Party A has no right to ask Party B to move or change the heating and gas pipelines;

5.9 Waste generated from house decoration shall not be thrown about. Party A shall pile it up at the place, manner and time designated by the property management unit, the neighborhood committee where the house is located or the housing management department of the unit, and remove it according to relevant regulations;

5. 10 Party A shall not refuse or hinder the property management unit from supervising and inspecting the residential interior decoration activities according to the Residential Interior Decoration Management Service Agreement;

5. 1 1 Party A's decoration shall not damage the original energy-saving facilities of the house and reduce the energy-saving effect;

5. 12 Without approval, Party A shall not arbitrarily go through the wall, dismantle the wall connecting the balcony doors and windows, expand the original size of the doors and windows or build new doors and windows; Do not arbitrarily increase the floor static load, build walls or overload ceilings, install large lamps and ceiling fans indoors; Do not chisel the roof at will, bury the wires directly or change the wires without wearing pipes;

5. 13 Without approval, Party A shall not damage public facilities such as water supply and drainage, power supply, gas supply, fire fighting and communication, and shall not damage other people's houses and articles.

5. 14. Party A shall be responsible for the maintenance and compensation for the pipeline blockage, water leakage, power failure and damage of articles in the houses of neighboring households caused by the renovation of family rooms; If it is the responsibility of Party B, Party A shall ask Party B to be responsible for the repair and compensation.

Article 6 Rights and Obligations of Party B

6. 1 Strictly implement the National Code for Construction of Residential Decoration Engineering during construction to ensure the project quality and finish the project on schedule;

6.2 Units and individuals undertaking family room decoration projects shall take necessary safety protection and fire control measures to ensure the safety of workers and neighboring residents;

6.3 Protect the furniture and furnishings of the original bedroom, and ensure that the upper and lower pipes of the bedroom are unblocked;

6.4 All kinds of wastes formed in the decoration of family rooms shall be piled up and removed according to the place, method and time specified by relevant departments. It is strictly forbidden to throw away the waste and other items produced by the decoration of the living room from upstairs to the ground or from garbage passages and sewers;

6.5 The designer of Party B is responsible for providing consulting, design, quotation and other related services to Party A. After the contract is signed, the representative of Party B to implement the project construction is the project manager appointed by Party B. Party A shall contact with Party B's project manager about the project to ensure the unified command and management of the project;

6.6 Where Party B purchases or recommends to Party A the use of decoration materials that do not meet the national standards, causing excessive air pollution and losses, it shall be liable for compensation according to law;

6.7 The decorative materials used by Party B shall not be shoddy or fraudulent.

6.8 Party B's construction shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and Party B shall not cut corners or cut corners;

6.9 Party B shall not carry out brutal construction and endanger the safety of the building itself;

6. 10 Party B shall not dominate the market or forcibly trade;

6. 1 1 Party B shall not use other enterprise names and trademarks;

6. 12 Party B shall not damage the rights and interests of residents and other operators;

6. 13 In the residential area, from 12: 30 to 14: 30, 19: 00 to 7: 00 the next day, Party B shall not engage in house decoration activities that cause noise.

Article 7 Engineering Changes

7. 1 In order to ensure the project quality, construction period and warranty service of Party A, if there is any change in the project or construction method after the signing of the contract, both parties shall sign a written agreement "Decoration and Decoration Project Change Order" after consultation (see Annex 7: Family Decoration and Decoration Project Change Order), and adjust the relevant project cost and construction period at the same time, and the oral commitment or oral agreement shall be deemed invalid; Party A directly negotiates with Party B's on-site personnel to change the construction content, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A;

Generally, this is probably the content of renovation contract. If there are other agreements, it's better to write them in renovation contract, otherwise it's in black and white, and it's foolproof.
